Visión humanista del docente de ciencias de la salud desde su formación profesional. Caso: Maestría Educación Superior UPEL Maracay

Abstract

El eje teleológico de la investigación se enfocó en comprender, interpretar y develar la formación profesional del docente de ciencias de la salud en torno a las teorías humanistas. Este estudio se fundamenta en el paradigma postpositivista; con un enfoque cualitativo y bajo la luz del método hermenéutico puesto que se buscó el ir y venir durante la comprensión de internalidad del sujeto y su contexto, así como la interpretación a profundidad. El escenario estuvo signado por la Universidad de Carabobo campus la Morita, a su vez, se constituyó como informantes clave (03), aplicando para ello la entrevista a profundidad y la observación participante para el posterior procesamiento de la información y presentación de los correlatos verbales. Las reflexiones del estudio evidencia la necesidad del docente de ciencias de la salud en aplicar estrategias pedagógicas rehumanizadoras y generar a través del futuro egresado un impacto positivo en una sociedad signada por deshumanización y desensibilización.

The theological axis of research focused on understanding, interpreting and revealing the professional training of the health sciences teacher around humanist theories. This study is based on the postpositivist paradigm; with a qualitative approach and under the light of the hermeneutic method since it the coming and going was sought during the understanding of internality of the subject and its context, as well as the interpretation in depth. The stage was marked by the University of Carabobo campus La Morita, in turn, they were constituted as key informants (3), applying the in depth interview and participanting observation for the subsequent processing of the information and presentation of the verbal correlates. The reflections of the study evidence the need of the health sciences teacher to apply rehumanizing pedagogical strategies and generate through the future graduate a positive impact on a society marked by dehumanization and desensibilization.
