La función educativa de los museos en las sociedades contemporáneas

Abstract

En el presente ensayo se abordó el concepto y el papel del museo desde su visión más contemporánea. Se buscó plantear cómo se ha ido desarrollando la función educativa como medio de aprendizaje y transformación dentro de los museos en las últimas décadas. Para finalizar, se describió brevemente acciones educativas que han desarrollado los museos en el contexto de la crisis sanitaria provocada por el COVID- 19 en los mismos, así como las estrategias que han adoptado estas instituciones en este contexto.

In this essay, the concept and the role of the museum were addressed from its most contemporary vision. He sought to raise how the educational function has been developing as a means of learning and transformation within museums in recent decades. Finally, educational actions that museums have developed in the context of the health crisis caused by COVID-19 in them were briefly described, as well as the strategies that these institutions have adopted in this context.
