Tras las huellas del superhombre transhumanismo-poshumanismo Como dilema posmoderno

Abstract

Como un florecimiento dilemático de la Posmodernidad, Transhumanismo-Poshumanismo y su correlato con la figura del superhombre, emergen como ejes temáticos que vinculan aspectos de carácter filosófico, sicológico, sociológico, antropológico, biológico y primordialmente ético. El presente ensayo, procura el abordaje de estos tópicos mediante la hermeneusis de algunas obras literarias y filosóficas emblemáticas, donde se unen magistralmente ficción y realidad; en consecuencia, se realiza un recorrido por algunas referencias paradigmáticas de la cultura occidental a través de personajes como Hércules, el Dr. Fausto y el Golem; quienes en la óptica de Platón (1966), Goethe (1962), Nietzsche (1977) y Borges (1974), permiten valorar desde la antigüedad, los propósitos y sueños forjados por el hombre acerca de sus ideas del progreso científico; aspiración que se profundiza en la modernidad y que la posmodernidad recibe cuando el estado del arte de la ciencia revela notables avances en la biotecnología; que si bien es cierto, han beneficiado la humanidad, también abren un debate inquietante acerca de las consecuencias que pudiera significar un trastrocamiento de los fundamentos éticos de la condición humana.

This essay seeks to address these topics through the hermeneusis of some emblematic literary and philosophical works, where fiction and reality are masterfully united; Consequently, a journey through some paradigmatic references of Western culture is made through characters such as Hercules, Dr. Faust and the Golem; who, in the optics of Plato (1966), Goethe (1962), Nietzsche (1977) and Borges (1974), allow to value from antiquity, the purposes and dreams forged by man about his ideas of scientific progress; aspiration that deepens in modernity and that postmodernity receives when the state of the art of science reveals notable advances in biotechnology; While it is true, they have benefited humanity, they also open up a disturbing debate about the consequences that a disruption of the ethical foundations of the human condition could mean.
