El Derecho Humano de Propiedad

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objeto mostrar la evolución del derecho humano de propiedad, en los textos constitucionales nacionales y los aportes del sistema interamericano de derechos humanos, que permiten asegurar su efectiva en la realidad nacional.

This papers aims to show the evolution of the human right to property, in national constitutional texts and the contributions of the interAmerican human rights system, which ensure its effectiveness in the national reality.
