Tecnologías de información y comunicación y prácticas pedagógicas en los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible 4 y 5

Abstract

En el marco de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 4 y 5, esta investigación surge en torno a la reflexión acerca de la importancia que las tecnologías de información y comunicación tienen en el entorno de la educación superior como mediadoras de los procesos de aprendizaje. No obstante, buscando ahondar un poco, se busca que dicho ejercicio sea aterrizado a las realidades de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). Con ello se pretende que temas tan importantes como las condiciones administrativas y financieras no sean desconocidas y se logre hacer una articulación entre lo netamente académico con la gestión de las IES. El estudio se basa en una metodología mixta y la recolección de la información se hace mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y encuestas con profesores y estudiantes universitarios colombianos.

Within the framework of SDGs 4 and 5, this research arises around the reflection on the importance that Information and Communication Technologies have in the higher education environment as mediators of learning processes. However, seeking to delve a little, it is sought that said exercise be grounded in the realities of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). With this, it is intended that issues as important as administrative and financial conditions are not unknown and that an articulation between the purely academic and the management of the IES is achieved. The study is based on a mixed methodology and the collection of information is done through semi-structured interviews and surveys with Colombian university professors and students.
