Resumen
El presente trabajo aborda la ausencia de fundamentos jurídicos de las operaciones de “intervención cambiaria” ejecutadas por el BCV unilateralmente, así como las repercusiones que éstas tienen frente al derecho a la libertad económica y el derecho de propiedad de las instituciones del sector bancario. This paper points out the absence of legal grounds for “exchange intervention” operations carried out by the BCV unilaterally and the repercussions on the right to economic freedom and the right to property of the institutions banking sector.
