Sistema autopoiético en los estilos gerenciales de instituciones educativas del nivel Media General

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como propósito describir el sistema autopoiético en los estilos gerenciales de instituciones educativas del nivel Media General del Municipio Independencia estado Yaracuy. Se fundamenta en la teoría de la autopoiesis, en cuanto a sistema social, desarrollada bajo el enfoque cuantitativo con una investigación de campo apoyada en el nivel y diseño descriptivo; la población y la muestra estuvo conformada por doce (12) docentes pertenecientes al personal directivo de las instituciones del referido Municipio, en el contexto para la recolección de datos se aplicó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario tipo Lickert contentivo de veinte (20) preguntas cerradas de acuerdo a las variables, dimensiones e indicadores de la investigación. En cuanto a la validez y confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó de acuerdo al modelo estadístico SPSS versión 22, alcanzando un coeficiente de 0,93 en alfa de Chronbach altamente confiable, obteniendo como resultados; que el personal directivo debe aplicar en su gestión estilos que permitan el desarrollo del sistema autopoiético, debido a que presenta debilidades para integrar a la comunidad educativa e institución que dirige, por lo tanto, es necesario fortalecer las instituciones objeto de estudio, dado que su carencia se enaltece como obstáculo para lograr una verdadera integración escuela-familia -comunidad.

The purpose of this research is to describe the autopoietic system in the management styles of educational institutions of the General Media level of the Municipality of Independencia, Yaracuy state. It is based on the autopoiesis theory, in terms of the social system. It is developed under the quantitative approach with a field research supported by the level and descriptive design; the population and the sample consisted of twelve (12) teachers belonging to the directive staff of institutions of the aforementioned Municipality, in the context of data writing the survey was applied as a technique and as an instrument a questionnaire, style Likert containing twenty (20) closed questions according to the variables, dimensions and indicators of the research, regarding the validity and reliability of the instrument, it was applied according to the statistical model SPSS version 22, being 0.93 of alfa cronbach highly reliable; obtaining as results that the directive staff must apply in their management some styles that allow the development of the autopoietic system, due to the fact that it presents weaknesses to integrate the educational community and institution that it directs, therefore it is necessary to strengthen the institutions under study due to the fact that its lack is highlighted as an obstacle to achieving a true school-family-community integration.
