Modelo de recaudación en línea para la Compañía Anónima de Terminales del municipio Girardot

Abstract

Actualmente Venezuela es considerado como un país promotor del desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas gerenciales, impulsando con ello la creación de productos tecnológicos que coadyuven al mejor funcionamiento de los entes y organismos gubernamentales, bajo este espectro el eje central del presente estudio lo focaliza la Compañía Anónima de Terminales de Girardot de Maracay Estado Aragua, dicha institución representa un ente importante en el desarrollo económico y ciudadano del Municipio, en lo cual durante su diagnóstico, se encontraron ciertas debilidades en cuanto al manejo de sus procesos de recaudación, en este sentido se desarrolló una herramienta tecnológica en línea basado en un modelo gerencial, vislumbrado por la Teoría Administrativa de Idalberto Chiavenato, la Teoría General de Sistemas de Ludwig von Bertalanffy y la Teoría de las Necesidades de Abraham Maslow, logrando mediante el mismo mejorar los procesos internos que maneja rudimentariamente la gerencia de recaudación del ente municipal antes mencionado. Bajo este hilo discursivo desde la perspectiva metodológica, se trata de un proyecto especial apoyado en el tipo y diseño de investigación de campo descriptiva, la técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos, se implementó la observación directa y la encuesta, el medio o mecanismo que se utilizó para recolectar y registrar la información fue un cuestionario. En relación a lo planteado se puede destacar que los resultados obtenidos sinceraron la importancia de utilizar las tecnologías y estrategias gerenciales logrando conmutar las debilidades iniciales en grandes fortalezas con nobles oportunidades futuristas, satisfaciendo las necesidades de la institución

At present, Venezuela is considered as a country promoting the development of new technologies and management tools, promoting with it the creation of technological products that contribute to the better functioning of government entities and agencies, under this spectrum the central focus of this study is the Compañía Anónima Terminales of Girardot, de Maracay Aragua State, this institution represents an important entity in the economic and citizen development of the municipality, in which during its diagnosis, certain weaknesses were found in the management of its collection processes, in this sense an online technological tool was developed based on a management model, envisioned by the Administrative Theory of Idalberto Chiavenato, Ludwig von Bertalanffy's General Theory of Systems and Abraham Maslow's Theory of Needs, managing through it to improve the internal processes rudimentarily handled by the collection management of the aforementioned municipal entity. Under this discursive thread, from the methodological perspective, this is a special project supported by the type and design of descriptive field research, the technique and instrument of data collection, the direct observation and the survey were implemented, the means or mechanism used to collect and record the information was a questionnaire. In relation to what was raised it can be emphasized that the results obtained sincere the importance of using technologies and management strategies, managing to shift the initial weaknesses into great strengths with noble futuristic opportunities, satisfying the needs of the institution.
