Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar el turismo de aventura en tiempos de COVID-19. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, de diseño longitudinal no experimental, así como los métodos inductivo- deductivo y analítico - sintético y un análisis exploratorio. De esta manera, se llegó a la conclusión de que en el Ecuador si bien se ha hecho frente a crisis provocada por el COVID -19 a través de medidas legislativas casi no han existido políticas públicas para incrementar o regular las actividades turísticas en tiempos de pandemia, cuestión que repercute negativamente sobre el sector de análisis, el turismo de aventura

The main objective of this research is to analyze adventure tourism in times of COVID-19. A qualitative approach methodology was used, with a non-experimental longitudinal design as well as inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods and an exploratory analysis. In this way, it was concluded that in Ecuador, although the crisis caused by COVID -19 has been faced through legislative measures, there have been almost no public policies to increase or regulate tourist activities in times of pandemic. , an issue that has a negative impact on the analysis sector, adventure tourism.
