Nuevos desafíos en la educación universitaria venezolana: hacia una transformación cualitativa

Abstract

La universidad venezolana se encuentra en un momento decisivo de su historia, enfrentando importantes retos y oportunidades que requieren una profunda reflexión y transformación. En un mundo cada vez más globalizado y competitivo, es imperioso reflexionar el papel y la función de las universidades en la sociedad actual. Este artículo se basa en una investigación documental, mediante análisis de libros y artículos académicos; para lo cual, se utilizaron métodos deductivo y crítico-reflexivo para evaluar la información, además, se usaron tres técnicas para su recopilación: revisión bibliográfica, fichaje y subrayado. El propósito es analizar las tendencias actuales y los desafíos futuros que la educación universitaria en Venezuela enfrenta; igualmente proponer posibles soluciones para asegurar su desarrollo a largo plazo. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar oportunidades para que la educación universitaria en Venezuela se adapte a las nuevas tendencias y desafíos actuales y futuros; mejorando la calidad educativa universitaria en Venezuela y garantizar que esté alineada con las necesidades y demandas del mundo actual y, al adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias y desafíos, la educación universitaria puede orientar a los estudiantes para hacer frente a los cambios y retos del siglo XXI, así como para aprovechar las oportunidades que surjan.

The Venezuelan university is at a decisive moment in its history, facing important challenges and opportunities that require deep reflection and transformation. In an increasingly globalized and competitive world, it is imperative to reflect on the role and function of universities in today's society. This article is based on documentary research, through the analysis of books and academic articles; To this end, deductive and critical-reflective methods were used to evaluate the information, in addition, three techniques were used for its collection: bibliographic review, signing and underlining. The purpose is to analyze current trends and future challenges that university education in Venezuela faces, as well as propose possible solutions to ensure its long-term development. The objective of this study is to identify opportunities for university education in Venezuela to adapt to new trends and current and future challenges; to improve the quality of university education in Venezuela and ensure that it is aligned with the needs and demands of today's world and, by adapting to new trends and challenges, university education can guide students to face the changes and challenges of the century XXI, as well as to take advantage of opportunities that arise.
