Una mirada reflexiva del docente como modelo y agente transformador

Abstract

Este artículo expone un trabajo reflexivo e interpretativo acerca del rol docente como modelo y agente transformador en la actualidad. Su objetivo es ofrecer un marco argumentativo que resalte la relevancia de la figura docente en la formación integral de los estudiantes, trascendiendo la enseñanza tradicional y convirtiéndose en un referente de comportamiento y servicio. Esta influencia es clave para construir una ciudadanía más consciente y comprometida, formando individuos capacitados para enfrentar los desafíos del mundo contemporáneo y realizar aportes significativos a la sociedad. Se abordaron temas como el docente como guía en el aprendizaje, su impacto social, su papel motivador, liderazgo transformacional, y su compromiso con la calidad educativa. Metodológicamente, se basó en un enfoque cualitativo interpretativo soportado en la revisión de diversos artículos relacionados. Se concluye que un docente comprometido y satisfecho se convierte en un pilar esencial para el desarrollo integral de sus alumnos y de la comunidad educativa.

This article presents a reflective and interpretive work on the teacher's role as a model and transforming agent in the present day. Its objective is to offer an argumentative framework that highlights the relevance of the teacher figure in the holistic development of students, transcending traditional teaching and becoming a reference for behavior and service. This influence is key to building a more conscious and committed citizenry, forming individuals capable of facing the challenges of the contemporaryworld and making significant contributions to society. Topics such as the teacher as a guide in learning, their social impact, their motivating role, transformational leadership, and their commitment to educational quality were addressed. Methodologically, it was based on a qualitative interpretive approach supported by the review of various related articles. It concludes that a committed and satisfied teacher becomes an essential pillar for the integral development of their students and the educational community.
