Aproximación a la vivienda productiva multifamiliar de bajo costo en Venezuela

Abstract

La temática de este estudio se inscribe en el fenómeno de las adaptaciones realizadas por los habitantes en la vivienda multifamiliar de bajo costo en Venezuela para introducir y desarrollar actividades productivas dentro de los espacios domésticos y familiares. A fin de conocer sus motivaciones, se encaminó esta investigación para entender por qué surgen, se establecen y mantienen estas prácticas, así como identificar cuáles son sus implicaciones en el ámbito físico espacial, social y económico de la vivienda y las familias.

The subject of this study falls within the context of the phenomenon of adaptations made by the inhabitants of low-cost multifamily housing in Venezuela to introduce and develop productive activities within domestic and family spaces. In order to know about their motivations, this research was conducted to understand why these practices arise, are established and maintained, as well as to identify what their implications are in the physical, spatial, social and economic sphere of housing and families.
