La orientación educativa desde la praxeología ético-legal

Abstract

La globalización promueve de alguna manera hacia la adaptación de cambios sociales, económicos, políticos, culturales y tecnológicos como tejido problematizado, siendo visible en el comportamiento del hombre y una realidad del mundo en cómo lo percibe y describe; conectando a los investigadores en una hermenéutica reflexiva sobre la orientación y la compleja existencia humana. Por ello, el propósito del artículo es analizar desde el enfoque epistemológico de la orientación desde la praxeología éticolegal en los centros educativos. La revisión de tipo documental describe los planos constructivos del perfil edificador del orientador, el componente axiológico como constructo de los valores ético-legal arraigada en una histórica línea entre el pensamiento de complejidad y lo sistémico.

Globalization promotes in some way towards the adaptation of social, economic, political, cultural and technological changes as a problematized fabric, being visible in the behavior of man and a reality of the world in how it is perceived and described; connecting researchers in a reflective hermeneutics about orientation and complex human existence. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze from the epistemological approach of guidance from ethical-legal praxeology in educational centers. The documentary type review describes the constructive plans of the counselor's edifying profile, the axiological component as a construct of ethical-legal values rooted in a historical line between complexity and systemic thinking.
