Estrategias gerenciales para recuperar el espacio tecnológico en la Escuela Básica Cipriano Barrios

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue proponer estrategias gerenciales para recuperar el espacio tecnológico en la Unidad Educativa Cipriano Barrios, ubicada en la Parroquia Libertador, Municipio Baralt, estado Zulia. Los sujetos de transformación fueron dos directivos y 24 docentes de la institución mencionada. De acuerdo con su propósito se ubicó en el enfoque cualitativo, enmarcado en una investigación acción participativa. Los resultados permitieron señalar que desde la dirección se deben planificar estrategias que posibiliten no solo el cumplimiento de las exigencias del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación sino mejorar la calidad del servicio que presta la institución, buscando el máximo beneficio para los/as estudiantes. En relación con el uso del espacio tecnológico, los/as participantes manifestaron que este ha sido abandonado, pues no se dio continuidad al proyecto que provocó su dotación pero que ellos/as están dispuestos a colaborar en su recuperación para darle uso tanto académico como administrativo ya que muchos de ellos/as no poseen una computadora personal, por lo cual requieren los servicios de terceros para elaborar sus planificación y recaudos administrativos.

The objective of this study was to propose managerial strategies to recover the technological space in the Cipriano Barrios Educational Unit, located in the Libertador parish, Baralt municipality, Zulia state. The subjects of transformation were two directors and 24 teachers of the aforementioned institution. In accordance with its purpose, it was located in the qualitative approach, framed in a participatory action research. The results allowed us to point out that the management should plan strategies that make it possible not only to comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, but also to improve the quality of the service provided by the institution, seeking the maximum benefit for the students. In relation to the use of the technological space, the participants stated that it has been abandoned, since the project that led to its endowment was not continued, but that they are willing to collaborate in its recovery to give it both academic and administrative use and that many of them do not have a personal computer, which is why they require the services of third parties to prepare their planning and administrative procedures.
