DIAGNÓSTICO DE LA GESTIÓN DE LOS COORDINADORES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL EXPERIMENTAL DE LOS LLANOS OCCIDENTALES “EZEQUIEL ZAMORA”, NÚCLEO TINAQUILLO
Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación fue diagnosticar la gestión de los coordinadores del Núcleo UNELLEZ –Tinaquillo. Se tomó en cuenta los procesos administrativos como: planificación, organización, ejecución, evaluación y el control de las actividades académicas y administrativas; así como el cumplimiento de las funciones universitarias. La población estuvo formada por seis docentes quienes cumplen funciones administrativas. Se utilizó el cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos y una vez obtenidos los resultados, la confiabilidad se medió a través del Coeficiente alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados mostraron que se planifica, organiza y ejecuta las actividades del semestre, pero las mismas no se evalúan. The objective of this research was to diagnose the management of the coordinators of Núcleo UNELLEZ -Tinaquillo. It took into account the administrative processes like: planning, organization, implementation, evaluation and control of the academic and administrative activities; and the fulfillment of university functions. The population was formed by six teachers who accomplish administrative functions. The questionnaire was used as data collection instrument and once obtained the results, the reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that although they plan, organize and run the activities of the semester, they are not evaluated.
