FACTORES ASOCIADOS A LAS CONDUCTAS AGRESIVAS DE LOS ADOLESCENTES QUE ACUDEN A LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS PÚBLICAS EN EL MUNICIPIO VALENCIA, ESTADO CARABOBO

Abstract

En el contexto de una sociedad globalizada de complejas interacciones, cotidianamente se vinculan hechos violentos y transgresores. El estudio se propuso determinar Factores asociados a las conductas agresivas de los adolescentes que acuden a las Instituciones Educativas Públicas en el Municipio Valencia. Se asume una investigación de tipo Descriptiva, la técnica de recolección de datos utilizada fue un cuestionario dicotómico. Se conformó una muestra de 100 estudiantes con edades entre 12 y 16 años en Educación Media General, mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple. Los hallazgos más relevantes evidencian un 72.4% de los adolescentes manifiesta conocimiento acerca del concepto, características y finalidad de la agresividad; 79% se comunican con sus compañeros a través de expresiones verbales: gritos, amenazas e insultos. Las conductas agresivas son reacciones ante el maltrato, ausencia de figuras parentales, falta de atención y comunicación familiar; la presencia cotidiana de situaciones violentas en su entorno.

In the context of a globalized society of complex daily interactions, violent and transgressive events are linked. The study was proposed to determine factors associated with the aggressive behavior of adolescents who attend the Public Educational Institutions in the Municipality of Valencia. It assumes a descriptive type of research, the data collection technique used was a dichotomous questionnaire. A sample of 100 students aged between 12 and 16 years in General Media Education was confirmed by simple random sampling. The most relevant findings show that 72.4% of adolescents manifest knowledge about the concept, characteristics and purpose of aggressiveness; 79% communicate with their peers through verbal expressions: shouting, threats and insults. Aggressive behaviors are reactions to abuse, absence of parental figures, lack of attention and family communication; the daily presence of violent situations in their environment.
