ACTITUD DEL DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIO HACIA LA AXIOLOGÍA EDUCATIVA
Resumen
Aspecto de la axiología pertinente a la educación
es sin duda su relación con las actitudes.
Enuncian los valores personales, sociales y
humanos del individuo, resultado de sus
decisiones. Lo transcendental sería si realmente
los docentes presentan una actitud positiva o
negativa frente a la axiología educativa. Por ello,
se planteó como objetivo identificar las actitudes
de los docentes universitarios hacia la axiología
educativa. Las teorías que argumentan es la de
actitud y axiología. La metodología se llevó a
cabo bajo los lineamientos de una investigación
transversal. Se caracterizó por ser un trabajo
descriptivo y de campo. La población estuvo
conformada por docentes de FACE, UC. Las
conclusiones nos permiten afirmar que los
docentes manifestaron una actitud positiva ante
la axiología, debido a que contribuyo al
mejoramiento de las relaciones interpersonales y
la valoración de las propuestas axiológicas para
lograr cambios en la educación. Aspect of the axiology relevant to education is

The transcendental would be if teachers really
present a positive or negative attitude towards the
educational axiology. Therefore, the objective
was to identify the attitudes of university
teachers towards the educational axiology. The
theories that argue is that of attitude and
axiology. The methodology was carried out
under the guidelines of a cross-sectional
investigation. It was characterized as a
descriptive and field work. The population
consisted of teachers from FACE, UC. The
conclusions allow us to affirm that teachers
expressed a positive attitude towards axiology,
because it contributed to the improvement of
interpersonal relationships and the valuation of
axiological proposals to achieve changes in
education.
