The resilience in adolescents with Bipolar
Disorder (BD) is a protective factor against
the adversities that contribute to relapse. The
overall objective is to show resilience in the
face of vital events in a teenager with BD.
Through the story of life as a tool of the
Hermeneutics and on the epistemological
bases of the complexity, there is a teenager
of 16 years with a diagnosis of BD type I,
immersing themselves in the in-depth
interview guided and based on the principles
of bioethics. It is concluded that resilience is
one of the most influential protective factors
