CORRESPONSABILIDAD, SUSTENTABILIDAD HÍDRICA Y OBJETIVO DE DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE (ODS) 6

Abstract

En Venezuela, gran cantidad de cauces de los ríos se encuentran amenazados por las agresiones ocasionadas por el hombre que provienen desde la contaminación, el cambio climático, desarrollo urbano y modificaciones sobre la naturaleza, como la deforestación. Cada una con gran impacto específico, generalmente de manera directa sobre los ecosistemas y, a su vez, sobre los mismos recursos hídricos. El objetivo del ensayo es construir una aproximación teórica de la corresponsabilidad y sustentabilidad hídrica definidos en el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sustentable (ODS) 6 de la Agenda 2030 de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) en las Comunidades La Guamita I y II de la Parroquia El Recreo del Municipio San Fernando del Estado Apure, siendo el Rio Apure, el afluente necesario para su subsistencia. Se utilizó el enfoque postpositivista, y la metódica fenomenológico-hermenéutica. Los resultados permiten advertir escasa corresponsabilidad comunitaria y poca homogeneidad con lo exhortado en el ODS6, por lo que se producen reflexiones sobre tal corresponsabilidad desde una perspectiva de interacción, recomendando a los Consejos Comunales y autoridades, a sincronizar autogestión desde las perspectivas del ODS6.

In Venezuela, a large number of river channels are threatened by man-made aggressions from pollution, climate change, urban development and changes in nature, such as deforestation. Each one with a great specific impact, generally directly on the ecosystems and, in turn, on the water resources themselves. The objective of the essay is to build a theoretical approach to water co-responsibility and sustainability defined in the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN) in the La Guamita I and II Parish Communities The Recreation of the San Fernando Municipality of the Apure State, being the Rio Apure, the tributary necessary for its subsistence. We used the postpositivist approach, and the phenomenological-hermeneutic method. The results allow us to notice scarce community co-responsibility and little homogeneity with the SDO6, so that reflections on such co-responsibility are produced from an interaction perspective, recommending the Communal Councils and authorities to synchronize self-management from the perspectives of SDG6.
