O coordenador pedagógico e a formação continuada

Abstract

Este trabalho se propõe a refletir sobre a atuação do Coordenador Pedagógico frente às formações continuadas na escola de tempo integral. O estudo de caso, realizado em uma escola do Agreste pernambucano com a Coordenadora Pedagógica juntamente com os educadores em meio às formações continuadas, demonstrou o quanto é relevante a presença deste formador no ambiente escolar e a necessidade de um Plano de Trabalho Docente que viabilize a interdisciplinaridade e o aprofundamento de estudo da prática docente.

This paper proposes to examine the performance of the Pedagogical Coordinator in relation to continuing education in full time school. The case study carried out in a school in Agreste, Pernambuco, with the Pedagogical Coordinator together with the educators in the middle of the continuous training, showed how relevant it the presence of this trainer is in the school environment and the need for a Teaching Work Plan that interdisciplinarity and the deepening of a study of the teaching.
