ORGANIZACIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y CONOCIMIENTO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN. LA PROPUESTA INTERDISCIPLINARIA DE PABLO GONZÁLEZ CASANOVA

Abstract

En este texto se ofrece un acercamiento panorámico a la obra de Pablo González Casanova con énfasis en el largo trayecto de construcción de su propuesta de investigación interdisciplinaria. La llegada a ese programa no fue exclusivamente teórica sino una puesta a prueba permanente en la conducción institucional. Se detectan líneas de continuidad y redes conceptuales del itinerario con el fin de mostrar que su proyecto es el de una dialéctica de la combinación y la conjunción, entre esferas cognitivas y prácticas de lucha de las fuerzas alternativas. Solo así la humanidad tendrá posibilidad de atravesar los retos de esta fase de crisis.

This text offers a panoramic approach to the work of Pablo González Casanova with emphasis on the long journey of construction of his interdisciplinary research proposal. The arrival to that program was not exclusively theoretical but a permanent test of institutional leadership. Lines of continuity and conceptual networks of the itinerary are detected in order to show that his project is that of a dialectic of combination and conjunction, between cognitive spheres and fighting practices of alternative forces. Only in this way will humanity have a chance to overcome the challenges of this phase of crisis.
