Este ensayo presenta un breve razonamiento sobre los comienzos de los estudios superiores en el mundo con algo de historia sobre las universidades y de los sistemas educativos y niveles de estudios en el contexto venezolano. El objetivo es contribuir a divulgar iniciativas en espacios educativos para dar a conocer el origen de los estudios superiores en suelo venezolano, a través de un pequeño recorrido por la historia. Tiene un enfoque investigativo documental que busca comunicar los elementos significativos de las raíces de la educación universitaria, para complementar la construcción del significado de la acreditación académica hasta la aparición de las universidades en el mundo. Esta investigación refleja la aceptación en la historia de la humanidad, el antes y después de los estudios superiores en diferentes países; concluyéndose que las antiguas civilizaciones enseñaban o preparaban a estudiantes o discípulos para grados o cargos oficiales antes que aparecieran las universidades.; This essay presents a brief reasoning about the beginnings of higher studies in the world with some history about universities and educational systems and levels of studies in the Venezuelan context. The objective is to contribute to disseminating initiatives in educational spaces to publicize the origin of higher studies on Venezuelan soil, through a short journey through history. It has a documentary investigative approach that seeks to communicate the significant elements of the roots of university education, to complement the construction of the meaning of academic accreditation until the appearance of universities in the world. This research reflects the acceptance in the history of humanity, before and after higher studies in different countries; concluding that ancient civilizations taught or prepared students or disciples for degrees or official positions before universities appeared.

Para finalizar, conceptualizar la política cinematográfica a partir de los mecanismos de fomento del Estado y su papel como facilitador para el desarrollo de la actividad cinematográfica en el marco del Siglo XXI.; This work intends to present an approximation to the concept of cultural policies and the turn it has taken from the demands that have burst into contemporaneity. Second, the film industry is approached through its role as art and industry in the framework of globalization. Finally, the cinematographic policy is conceptualized from the mechanisms of promotion of the State and its role as a facilitator for the development of the cinematographic activity in the framework of the Century XXI.

Las reflexiones que se desarrollan a lo largo del ensayo están orientadas a la comprensión de la gestión educativa en valores para la paz comunitaria. Tema que toma relevancia dado el paulatino deterioro social y económico del país y su manifiesta consecuencia, la violencia, sea escolar, de género, por abuso de poder, entre otras. Hoy cuando nos encontramos viviendo una etapa de ajuste que llego con la pandemia Covid-19 que vino a profundizar toda la problemática y hacer papable las dificultades que hacer frente el sistema educativo venezolano. Situación que exige educar en valores para consolidarlos el hacer para transformar por medio de estrategias claras y consensadas dentro de las comunidades. Considero la paz es el camino idóneo para la total expresión del desarrollo humano.; The reflections that are developed throughout the essay are oriented to the understanding of educational management in values for community peace. Issue that takes relevance given the gradual social and economic deterioration of the country and its manifest consequence, violence, whether school, gender, abuse of power, among others. Today when we find ourselves living a stage of adjustment that came with the Covid-19 pandemic that deepened all the problems and made the difficulties that the Venezuelan educational system face. Situation that requires educating in values to consolidate their doing to transform through clear and consensual strategies within the communities. I consider peace to be the ideal way for the full expression of human development.
