Knowledge management and virtuality in post-pandemic times in territorial polytechnic universities; Gestión del conocimiento y virtualidad en tiempos postpandemia en las universidades politécnicas territoriales Este artículo trata sobre la gestión del conocimiento y la virtualidad en el ámbito universitario postpandemia COVID-19. Las universidades territoriales han implementado estrategias y herramientas tecnológicas para garantizar la continuidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en entornos virtuales. El propósito del artículo es analizar la relación entre la gestión del conocimiento y la virtualidad en este contexto. Se presenta una mirada, resaltando los retos y oportunidades que enfrentan las universidades territoriales en la gestión del conocimiento y la virtualidad. Entre los aspectos destacados en el artículo, se encuentran la colaboración y co-creación de conocimiento, la adaptación al entorno virtual, el uso de tecnologías emergentes y la importancia de la educación virtual. La crisis sanitaria ha presentado desafíos significativos para las universidades territoriales, pero también ha abierto oportunidades para mejorar la gestión del conocimiento y la educación virtual. Para desarrollar el análisis, se utilizó una metodología de revisión bibliográfica reciente y rigurosa, que permitió recopilar y analizar información actualizada sobre la gestión del conocimiento y la virtualidad en las universidades territoriales en el contexto pospandemia. Se consultaron diversas fuentes documentales, incluyendo bases de datos, repositorios especializados, libros y artículos, con el propósito de brindar una perspectiva crítica y actualizada sobre el tema.; This article addresses knowledge management and virtuality in the post-pandemic COVID-19 university environment. Territorial universities have implemented strategies and technological tools to ensure the continuity of the teaching-learning process in virtual environments. The purpose of the article is to analyze the relationship between knowledge management and virtuality in this context. It presents an overview, highlighting the challenges and opportunities faced by territorial universities in managing knowledge and virtuality. Among the key aspects highlighted in the article are collaboration and co-creation of knowledge, adaptation to the virtual environment, the use of emerging technologies, and the importance of virtual education. The health crisis has posed significant challenges for territorial universities but has also opened up opportunities to improve knowledge management and virtual education. To develop the analysis, a recent and rigorous literature review methodology was used, allowing for the collection and analysis of updated information on knowledge management and virtuality in territorial universities in the post-pandemic context. Various documentary sources were consulted, including databases, specialized repositories, books, and articles, to provide a critical and updated perspective on the topic.

Analysis of the trends in soft skills for current job performance; Análisis sobre las tendencias en competencias blandas para el desempeño laboral actual Dado que el contexto actual, cada día se torna más dinámico, incierto y cambiante, las organizaciones requieren contar con personal preparado para afrontar los retos, por ello, en el presente ensayo se analizan los aspectos más relevantes sobre las habilidades conductuales de las personas, las cuales son de gran utilidad para la compresión e integración con el entorno e interacción social. Se hace énfasis especial, en identificar las competencias blandas que han sido estudiadas en el ámbito organizacional en los últimos años, analizando publicaciones de España, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia y Costa Rica, que están relacionadas al tema. Por medio de la revisión bibliográfica y estudio de caso, se pretende establecer una clasificación de las competencias blandas de gestión laboral, diferenciando en cuatro dimensiones establecidas según el alcance de aplicación de estas. Adicionalmente, se realiza una aproximación a las tendencias laborales del talento humano, tanto, desde la perspectiva empresarial del área de Recursos Humanos, como, de los intereses de las personas, identificando las competencias blandas que se requieren, para alcanzar el éxito en las metas propuestas.; Given that the current context becomes more dynamic, uncertain and changing every day, organizations need to have personnel prepared to face the challenges, therefore, in this essay the most relevant aspects of people's behavioral skills are analyzed. which are very useful for compression and integration with the environment and social interaction. Through the bibliographic review and case study, the aim is to establish a classification of labor management soft skills, differentiating them into four dimensions established according to their scope of application. This assessment is shared worldwide and is a basic point of consensus in democratic approaches. At present, one of the challenges of university education is to be able to adapt to the rhythm of changes that are being experienced at the beginning of the 21st century, in a politically changing world, which exceeds the thesis of single individual and end-to-end thinking. the story with which the 20th century closed, as well as facing environmental conditions, for example, COVID-19, still present. For this reason, pedagogy is approached, as an area with relevance for the environmental management of the events that society and organizations directly cause. The environmental dimension must be present in the organizational aspects and considerations that allow responding to the approach to reality, to the origin of the phenomena, because its way of approaching is intrinsically linked to the object of study that involves the human being. For this reason, the article contributes to identify and describe didactic strategies that allow the transversality of the socio-environmental axis in the virtual environment of the National Training Programs (PNF) of the Andrés Eloy Blanco Territorial Polytechnic University of Lara (UPTAEB).    ; Hoy se concibe la educación universitaria como un espacio fundamental para el desarrollo y un área de vital importancia para la realización individual, el bienestar colectivo y el desarrollo y crecimiento de las organizaciones, de ahí su papel estratégico para las naciones y la necesidad de concebirla como parte de las políticas públicas. Esta valoración es compartida a nivel mundial y es un punto básico de consenso en los enfoques democráticos. En los actuales momentos, uno de los retos de la educación universitaria es poder adaptarse al ritmo de cambios que se viven en el inicio del siglo XXI, en un mundo políticamente cambiante, que supera la tesis del pensamiento único de carácter individual y de fin de la historia con la que cerró el siglo XX., así como a enfrentar condiciones ambientales, por ejemplo; COVID-19, aún presente. Por esta razón se aborda la pedagogía, como área con relevancia para la gerencia ambiental de los acontecimientos que suscitan la sociedad y directamente las organizaciones.
