El propósito del presente ensayo, es reflexionar
sobre la prosecución de los estudios y motivación
por parte del personal que labora para la
Dirección Central de Asuntos Estudiantiles de la
Universidad de Carabobo (DICAE), haciendo
énfasis en los diversos elementos a intervenir en
el proceso motivacional de los empleados,
también; identificar las inquietudes manifestadas
en un equipo de trabajo ávido por la continuidad
de sus estudios superiores. Para ello, se define la
motivación como la acción de estimular a los
empleados bajo el fin de obtener un mejor
rendimiento tanto a nivel personal como
profesional, conduciendo esto, a un mejor
ambiente de trabajo y funcionamiento de la
empresa. Al generar motivación en el personal a
proseguir con sus estudios y metas, se apuesta a
tener trabajadores satisfechos, cuestión que,
directamente generará mejores niveles en
productividad, rendimiento, desempeño entre
otros, lo que se traduce en una mejor calidad de
servicio al público. Desde luego, la finalidad es
identificar y poner en práctica las herramientas
que puedan generar trabajadores preparados
académicamente presentando motivación en su
puesto de trabajo, teniendo así, vertientes al éxito
gerencial dentro de la institución.; He purpose of this essay is to reflect on the
continuation of studies and motivation by the
staff working for the Central Directorate of
Student Affairs of the University of Carabobo
(DICAE), emphasizing the various elements to
intervene in the motivational process of
employees, too; Identify the concerns expressed
in a work team eager for the continuity of their
higher education. For this, motivation is defined
as the action of stimulating employees in order
to obtain a better performance both personally
and professionally, leading to a better working
environment and operation of the company. By
generating motivation in the staff to continue
with their studies and goals, they bet on having
satisfied workers, an issue that will directly
generate better levels in productivity,
performance, performance among others, which
translates into a better quality of service to the
public. Of course, the purpose is to identify and
put into practice the tools that can be generated
by academically prepared workers presenting
motivation in their job, thus having aspects of
managerial success within the institution.

La muerte ha constituido desde muchos años un
fenómeno vivido por la humanidad en múltiples
trasformaciones sociales, donde el fallecimiento
del enfermo era vivido por familiares desde el
hogar trasladándose a los centros de salud, donde
finalmente fallece. Este ambiente, al cual se
enfrentan familiares de pacientes en condiciones
críticas, tiene un alto impacto emocional por la
inminente muerte, generando diversas reacciones
ante esto. En el entendimiento de este fenómeno,
el investigador se enfrenta a dificultades que se
presentan al conocimiento, las cuales Bachelard
describe como obstáculos, siendo barreras que se
oponen a la formación de un espíritu científico y
que se derivan de las costumbres, prejuicios y
creencias. Desde esta perspectiva, se ha
pretendido vislumbrar en este ensayo, los
obstáculos epistemológicos que se presentan en
el significado de la muerte en estos familiares,
siendo necesario que exista una vigilancia para
detectarlos y lograr una ruptura epistemológica
que genere nuevo conocimiento.; Death has been for many years a phenomenon
experienced by humanity in multiple social
transformations, where the death of the patient
was lived by relatives from the home, currently
moving to health centers, where he finally died.
This environment, in which relatives of patients
in critical conditions face, has a high emotional
impact due to the imminence of death, generating
different reactions to this. In the understanding of
this phenomenon, the researcher faces difficulties
that arise in knowledge, which Bachelard
describes as obstacles, being barriers that oppose
the formation of a scientific spirit and that derive
from customs, prejudices and beliefs. From this
perspective, it has been tried to glimpse in this
essay, the epistemological obstacles that appear
in the meaning of the death in these relatives,
being necessary that an epistemological
surveillance exists to detect them and to achieve
an epistemological rupture to generate new
knowledge.

Épocas de cambios y de incertidumbre se viven
en la educación universitaria en los que se
confrontan desafíos constantes para repensar la
reconstrucción de la labor docente en relación con
la discencia hacia una educación de calidad. De
acuerdo a ello, se pretende reflexionar sobre
estrategias de enseñanza enmarcadas en el
proceso educativo y en la consolidación de
competencias en el área de Anatomía y Primeros
Auxilios en los docentes en formación de
Educación Física, Deporte y Recreación de la
Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la
Universidad de Carabobo. Dentro de este
momento reflexivo se consideraron los
planteamientos de Díaz y Hernández sobre
estrategias preinstruccionales-coinstruccionales- y
post instruccionales de estrategias de enseñanza.
Se evidenció que los puntos relevantes
encontrados y que operan en la enseñanza del
médico-docente en Anatomía y Primeros Auxilios
se relacionan permanentemente entre sí con las
estrategias pre-co y postinstruccionales y ubican
al docente en formación en una sesión, episodio o
secuencia de enseñanza a ejecutar lo aprendido de
una manera segura.; Higher Education is going through uncertainties
and changing times and is facing constant
challenges to rethink the teaching act in relation
to students in quality education. To reflect on
teaching strategies involved in the teaching
process and in the competence strengthening in
the Anatomy and First Aid Subject Area aimed
to Physical Education Sports and Recreation
students was the pretended goal. Diaz and
Hernandez’s premises about pre, co and post
instructional teaching strategies were considered
during this reflexive moment. The relevant
aspects are constantly carried out in the three
phases (pre-co and instructional ones) and locate
the student in just a teaching session to apply
knowledge in a safe way.

En este artículo se presenta un análisis de la
propuesta teórica de Mijaíl Bajtín, con respecto
al discurso el cual es visto como un producto
social, por ello está impregnado de ideologías. El
despliegue teórico contiene la noción de
enunciado, dialogismo y polifonía. Se incluyen
autores como Julia Kristeva y Augusto Ponzio,
los cuales han estudiado la tesis bajtiniana. Para
esta perspectiva se toma como objeto de estudio
la obra literaria, debido a que en ella, se
encuentra la presencia de una posición singular
por parte del escritor. El relato El fauno de Laura
Antillano, se utiliza para referenciar la presencia
de los objetos ideológicos y el plurilingüismo
social rasgos definitorios de la particularidad del
producto estético.; This article presents an analysis of the theoretical
proposal of Mikhail Bakhtin, with respect to the
discourse which is seen as a social product, for
that reason it is impregnated with ideologies. The
theoretical deployment includes the notion of
enunciation, dialogism and polyphony. Authors
include Julia Kristeva and Augusto Ponzio, who
have studied the Bakhtinian thesis. For this
perspective the literary work is taken as an object
of study, because in it, the presence of a singular
position by the writer is found. The story the faun
of Laura Antillano, is used to reference the
presence of ideological objects and social
plurilinguism defining features of the
particularity of the aesthetic product.
