Con el objetivo de evaluar la eficacia de un programa de intervención de innovación educativa sobre la prevención,
identificación y denuncia de la violencia familiar que experimentan directa e indirectamente los niñ os de dos escuelas de
Arequipa, Perú durante el año 2019; un equipo multidisciplinario, desarrolló un programa de innovación educativa con
herramientas audiovisuales multimedia y piezas publicitarias, para una intervención experimental en 180 estudiantes de colegios
de la Ciudad de Arequipa Perú, elegidos aleatoriamente. Se tomó un cuestionario antes y después de la intervención educativa,
para evaluar los conocimientos sobre prevención e identificación del maltrato infantil intrafamiliar y la violencia familiar, así
como las actitudes frente a la denuncia contra el agresor. Luego de la intervención educativa, se lo gró mejorar el nivel de
conocimientos sobre violencia familiar de los escolares, sin embargo, las actitudes referidas a la denuncia del agresor, no se
modificaron. Se concluye que la intervención educativa mejora el nivel de conocimientos de los escolares sobre violencia familiar.; With the Objective of evaluating the effectiveness of an educational innovation intervention program on the prevention,
identification and report of family violence experienced directly and indirectly by children in two schools of Arequipa, Peru during
the year 2019; a multidisciplinary team, developed an educational innovation program with multimedia audiovisual tools and
advertising pieces, for an experimental intervention in 180 students from schools in the City of Arequipa Peru, chosen randomly.
A questionnaire was taken before and after the educational intervention to assess knowledge about prevention and identification
of intrafamily child abuse and family violence, as well as attitudes towards the complaint against the aggressor. After the
educational intervention, it was possible to improve the level of knowledge about family violence of the students, however, the
attitudes related to the report of the aggressor were not modified. It is concluded that the educational intervention improves the
level of knowledge of school children about family violence.

El artículo permite reflexionar sobre los procesos de bienestar humano que viven los pescadores artesanales respecto a
la salud como un derecho, siguiendo a la Organización Mundial de la Salud que la define como un estado completo de bienestar
físico, mental y social, no solamente la ausencia de enfermedad. Descrito lo anterior el Ministerio de Salud de Chile, en el periodo
2014-2018 ha implementado su plan transformador de la salud pública, asignando recursos financieros y profesionales,
constituyendo las Redes Integradas de los Servicios de Salud y la atención primaria, para entregar una salud digna, de calidad
y accesibilidad. No obstante, dadas las condiciones de los pescadores artesanales del borde costero, se requiere generar estrategias
específicas para vincular esta población con la red asistencial de salud del territorio; de otra manera, este sector seguirá con altos
niveles de vulnerabilidad en salud, con aumento de la morbilidad y mortalidad, lo cual afecta la calidad de vida de los
trabajadores y de sus familias, ya que no permite la salud como un derecho.; The article allows us to reflect on the human welfare processes experienced by artisanal fishermen regarding health as
a right, following the World Health Organization that defines it as a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being, not
just the absence of disease. Described above, the Ministry of Health of Chile, in the 2014-2018 period has implemented its public
health transforming plan, allocating financial and professional resources, constituting the Integrated Networks of Health Services
and primary care, to deliver a health Decent, quality and accessibility. However, given the conditions of artisanal fishermen on the
coastal edge, it is necessary to generate specific strategies to link this population with the health care network of the territory;
otherwise, this sector will continue with high levels of vulnerability in health, with increased morbidity and mortality, which affects
the quality of life of workers and their families, since it does not allow health as a right.

El artículo presenta una reflexión respecto del modelo de Universidad Saludable, cuyo objetivo principal es promover
una vida saludable en la comunidad Universitaria (estudiantes, funcionarios, académicos y directivos). Para ello, se sugiere
fomentar una cultura de promoción de la salud, de autocuidado a nivel personal y organizacional que abarque no sólo el
concepto de salud tradicional, sino por el contrario un concepto integral que incorpore todas las dimensiones del bienestar
humano. Se espera promover una política institucional con recursos humanos y económicos que permitan la sustentabilidad del
modelo en el Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo Institucional, 2030.; The article presents a reflection on the healthy university model, whose main objective is to promote healthy living in the
University community (students, officials, academics and managers). To this end, it is still to promote a culture promoting health,
self-care at a personal and organizational level that includes not only the concept of traditional health, but on the contrary a
comprehensive concept that incorporates all the dimensions of human well-being. It is hoped to promote an institutional policy

El presente trabajo realiza una aproximación crítica a los procesos y posibilidades de acceso a los servicios de atención
a la salud para población migrante en Chile 2019, en un contexto de aumento acelerado de la demanda de servicios por parte de
dicha población, y tomando en cuenta sus particularidades y circunstancias. Para ello se toman como fundamento la información
y documentos oficiales publicados, así como investigaciones y estudios publicados sobre el tema en Chile. Se logra caracterizar
y evidenciar algunas de las posibles particularidades, brechas y barreras discriminatorias para el acceso a la atención en salud,
resaltando la necesidad, no sólo de investigación, sino sobre todo del diseño, formulación y puesta en práctica de Políticas
Públicas destinadas a responder con dignidad, equidad y justicia a esta problemática, con visión compartida e incluyente,
pertinencia y pertenencia, desde la institucionalidad y la propia población migrante.; This work makes a critical approach to the processes and possibilities of access to health care services for migrants in
Chile 2019, in a context of an accelerated increase in the demand for services by Chile 2019 account of their particularities and
circumstances. For this purpose, the information and official documents published, as well as research and published studies on
the subject in Chile, are based. It is possible to characterize and demonstrate some of the possible particularities, gaps and
discriminatory barriers to access to health care, highlighting the need, not only for research, but above all for the design,
formulation and implementation of Public policies aimed at responding with dignity, equity and justice to this problem, with
shared and inclusive vision, relevance and belonging, from the institutionality and the migrant population itself.
