Este artículo reflexiona sobre el informe anual elaborado por el grupo de investigación EC3 (Evaluación de la Ciencia y de la Comunicación Científica), de la Universidad de Granada, titulado “Índice H de las Revistas Científicas Españolas según Google Scholar Metrics”, centrándose en el apartado de revistas de arte. Se valora su exactitud, exponiendo la conveniencia de categorizar revistas por disciplinas y la necesidad de suprimir las que no son científicas. Se advierte sobre las consecuencias que la falta de precisión del informe podría generar en la comunidad de investigadores y en los organismos de evaluación.; This article reflects on the annual report prepared by the research group EC3 (Evaluation of Science and Scientific Communication), of the University of Granada, entitled "H-index of Spanish scientific journals according to Google Scholar Metrics", focusing on the section of art journals. It assesses their accuracy, explaining the convenience of categorizing journals by discipline and the need to remove non-scientific journals. It warns about the consequences that the lack of precision of the report could generate in the community of researchers and in the evaluation agencies.

Hemos pretendido reflexionar respecto a las dimensiones políticas e institucionales que se han visto interpeladas por la irrupción de la pandemia global en nuestros países y, a partir de este análisis, plantear en qué planos se encuentran las restricciones u oportunidades para la construcción de políticas públicas que amplíen y profundicen las condiciones de bienestar para la mayoría de la población de nuestra región.; We had tried to argue about the impact of the global pandemic over the Latin American societies and States and by doing a brief summary about the states capacities and current level of welfare analyze the political possibilities for building a new goal of welfare and solidarity guaranteed by collective regulations.
