Los objetivos del mismo serán profundizar en los perfiles profesiográficos de los estudiantes relacionados con la felicidad y comparar sus respuestas.; With the sudden arrival of the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 and the few studies on its impact on happiness, we have carried out an exploratory analysis through a longitudinal study (before and during Covid-19) on a sample of 85 and 94 students respectively from the Degree in Marketing at the University of Seville. The objectives of the same will be to deepen in the professional profiles of the students related to happiness and to compare them.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the method of collective mutual learning and the Singapore educational technology. Organizational, methodological and technological features of learning in replaceable pairs are considered. Examples of horizontal and vertical methods of interaction between students are given. An analysis of Singapore EdTech has been made which has a set of structures that make it possible to organize the classroom in a different way. In the conclusion it is proved that both presented methods with different intensities can be integrated into the traditional teaching system, bringing into it a different structure of interpersonal communication of participants in foreign language classes.; El artículo presenta un análisis comparativo de la forma colectiva de enseñar y la tecnología educativa de Singapur. Еstán examinadas las características organizativas, metodológicas y .tecnológicas de la enseñanza de alumnos en parejas que cambian. Se dan ejemplos de métodos de interacción horizontal y vertical entre los estudiantes. También se analiza la tecnología educativa de Singapur, que cuenta con un conjunto de estructuras que permiten organizar el espacio de estudios de una manera diferente. En conclusión, se comprueba que ambos métodos presentados pueden ser integrados en el sistema de enseñanza tradicional con diferente intensidad, aportando una estructura de comunicación interpersonal de los participantes en las clases de lengua extranjera.

Social professional portrait of the middle class: regional aspect (Case Study: the City of Omsk-Russia) DEREVIANCHENKO, Iurii I.; RUDI, Amina S. The study analyzes the regional features of the social-professional characteristics of the middle class and the migration attitudes of the middle-class youth (for example, in the city of Omsk). The empirical basis of the study is the data of a sociological survey conducted at the Department of Sociology of Dostoevsky Omsk State University in 2021.The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). It is concluded that the position of the middle class and factors of migration relations are associated with the social-economic conditions for the development of creative environment in the city.; El estudio analiza las características socioprofesionales de la clase media y las actitudes migratorias de los jóvenes de clase media (por ejemplo, en la ciudad de Omsk). La base empírica del estudio son los datos de una encuesta sociológica realizada en el Departamento de Sociología de la Universidad Estatal Dostoievski Omsk en 2021, cuyos datos recopilados se analizaron mediante el Paquete Estadístico de Ciencias Sociales (SPSS). Se concluye que la posición de la clase media y los factores de las relaciones migratorias están asociados con las condiciones socioeconómicas para el desarrollo del entorno creativo en la ciudad.

Competitividad del sector floricultor mediante la estrategia liderazgo en costos CALDERÓN, Luis C.; GUERRA, Vinicio R.; GALLEGOS, Mónica C.; BELTRÁN, Ligia I. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito describir las características del liderazgo en costos en la competitividad del sector floricultor del Ecuador. Mediante una investigación mixta de alcance descriptivo se aplicó un instrumento dirigido a empresas florícolas del Cantón Pedro Moncayo. Los resultados muestran que tanto las características del liderazgo en costos, el bajo crecimiento del sector, el desconocimiento de la estructura de costos, el margen de ganancia y precios, han sido determinantes en la limitada competitividad del sector floricultor en el mercado internacional. Por tanto, los precios no han contribuido a generar una rentabilidad satisfactoria para los floricultores.; The purpose of this research was to describe the characteristics of cost leadership in the competitiveness of the Ecuadorian floriculture sector. Through a mixed investigation of descriptive scope an instrument was applied to flower companies of the Canton Pedro Moncayo. The results show that both the characteristics of cost leadership, the low growth of the sector, the ignorance of the cost structure, the margin of profit and prices, have been decisive in the limited competitiveness of the floriculture sector in the international market. Therefore, the prices have not contributed to generate a satisfactory profitability for the floriculturists.
