El objetivo de este artículo es dar evidencia de Empresas familiares (EFs) o no familiares, en su
desempeño financiero, a partir de un análisis comparativo entre éstas. La investigación es cuantitativa
de alcance descriptivo. Los principales hallazgos muestran cómo las EFs reportan un mejor desempeño
financiero y mayor generación de empleos. Se dan las bases para generar estudios que midan
la incidencia de los elementos característicos de la EFs mismos que permiten alcanzar sus
objetivos financieros, socioemocionales y continuidad.; The aim of this article is to provide evidence of family businesses (FBs) or non-family businesses, in their
financial performance, based on a comparative analysis between them. The research is quantitative and
descriptive in scope. The main findings show how the FBs report better financial performance and
greater job creation. The bases are given to generate studies that measure the incidence of the
characteristic elements of FB, which allow it to achieve its financial, socio-emotional and continuity
objectives.

El objetivo del estudio es caracterizar el perfil del estudiante en cuanto a la lectura y escritura de géneros
discursivos en la enseñanza superior. Se llevó a cabo bajo una metodología cuantitativa, con un diseño
no experimental, y enfoque descriptivo de corte transversal, aplicándose un muestreo no probabilístico
por conveniencia a estudiantes universitarios. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que es imperativo la
impartición de asignaturas específicas dedicadas a la formación en lectura y escritura de géneros
discursivos en los planes de estudio de los grados universitarios, debiéndose concienciar a los docentes
universitarios acerca de la vital atención que debe recibir la lectoescritura en su planificación de
contenidos.; In the field of higher education, reading and writing are key communication skills for the construction
of knowledge by the university student. The objective of the study is to characterize the student's profile
in terms of reading and writing of discursive genres in higher education. The study was carried out under
a quantitative methodology, with a non-experimental design, and a cross-sectional descriptive
approach, applying a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience to university students. The results
obtained show that it is imperative to teach specific subjects dedicated to training in reading and writing
of discursive genres in all curricula of university degrees, and university teachers should be made aware
of the vital attention that reading and writing should receive. in your content planning. Reading and
writing are interactive and constructive processes, but at the same time interdependent.

Esta investigación examina el efecto de la Toma de Perspectiva sobre el prejuicio implícito hacia
personas afrodescendientes en jóvenes universitarios que disfrutan del humor despectivo. Es un estudio
cuasi experimental llevado a cabo con 30 sujetos con edades entre 18 y 25 años, asignados
equitativamente a dos grupos (control y experimental). Los datos obtenidos mediante la prueba Z de
Wilcoxon no encontraron diferencias entre los grupos. Este artículo analiza varias hipótesis que pueden
explicar los resultados.; This research examines the effect of perspective-taking on implicit prejudice towards Afro-descendants
in young college students who enjoy derogatory humor. It is a quasi-experimental study carried out with
30 subjects between the ages of 18 and 25, assigned equally to two groups (control and experimental).

El estudio analiza cómo disminuye el optimismo de los consumidores por la incidencia del desempleo,
salario real, impuesto a los consumos especiales e impuesto al valor agregado. Se citan posturas
económicas como teoría del consumidor, economía de los impuestos, etc. Mediante el enfoque mixto
se realizó un proceso secuencial y probatorio a través de la recolección de datos de fuentes secundarias
concluyendo que el desempleo, salario real e impuesto a los consumos especiales (ICE) son significativas
para las variaciones del Índice de Confianza del Consumidor.; The study analyzes how consumer optimism decreases due to the incidence of unemployment, real
wages, excise tax and value added tax. Economic positions such as consumer theory, tax economics, etc.
are cited. By means of the mixed approach, a sequential and evidential process was carried out through
the collection of data from secondary sources, concluding that unemployment, real salary and special
