Las lesiones musculoesqueléticas son un grupo de trastornos que afectan la calidad de vida de las personas, siendo más frecuentes en los músculos isquiotibiales, aductores, cuádriceps y de la pantorrilla. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar prevalencia y factores de riesgo de las lesiones musculoesqueléticas de la selección de fútbol de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Se trata de una investigación de campo con enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y descriptiva, con una muestra de 100 jugadores; Musculoskeletal injuries are a group of disorders that affect people's quality of life, being more frequent in the hamstring, adductor, quadriceps and calf muscles. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence and risk factors of musculoskeletal injuries in the soccer team of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, Ecuador. This is a field research with a quantitative, non-experimental, crosssectional and descriptive approach, with a sample of 100 players.

El COVID-19 se ha convertido en una patología muy perjudicial para la salud, ocasionando complicaciones inclusive en la etapa crónica de la enfermedad; una de estas secuelas es la fibrosis pulmonar, misma que genera un engrosamiento del tejido alveolar, conllevando asi al mal funcionamiento de la bomba respiratoria, alteraciones musculoesqueléticas y disminución en la calidad de vida. Por lo cual el presente artículo pretende determinar los beneficios obtenidos por la fisioterapia respiratoria en pacientes con fibrosis pulmonar por COVID-19.; COVID-19 has become a very harmful patology to health, causing complications even in the chronic stage of the disease; one of these sequelae is pulmonary fibrosis, which generates a thickening of the alveolar tissue, thus leading to malfunction of the respiratory pump, musculoskeletal disorders and decreased quality of life. Is because of these, this article aims to determine the benefits obtained by respiratory physiotherapy in patients with pulmonary fibrosis due to COVID-19.

Entre los principales hallazgos se destaca que el uso de la tecnología se ha convertido en una herramienta para que las empresas puedan adaptarse a las necesidades de los consumidores y así fortalecer su marca y posicionamiento en el mercado debido al distanciamiento social como medida de prevención contra el COVID-19; This scientific article is developed with the objective of analyzing the importance of the use of digital marketing and social networks as a strategy for the positioning of SMEs and obtaining success in business entrepreneurship, for which a documentary methodology is used, of the type descriptive with non-experimental design and inductive method. Highlighting among the main findings obtained that currently, the use of technology has become a tool for companies to adapt to the needs of consumers and thus strengthen their brand and market positioning due to social distancing presented as a measure containment of the pandemic experienced through COVID-19.
