The issues of the formation of the communicative culture&#13;
of students in the socio-cultural environment of the&#13;
university are of extreme importance, both for pedagogical&#13;
science and for socio-cultural practice, which determines&#13;
the relevance of the topic of the article. Objective:&#13;
scientific, practical and experimental justification of the&#13;
pedagogical potential of the socio-cultural environment of&#13;
the university as a factor in the formation of the&#13;
communicative culture of students youth. The practical&#13;
significance of the study lies in the fact that it has&#13;
developed an innovative image-building model aimed at&#13;
equipping participants with a whole complex of important&#13;
communicative skills. As a result, it was concluded that the&#13;
study allowed us to determine recommendations related to&#13;
increasing the effectiveness of the pedagogical potential of&#13;
the socio-cultural environment of the university as a factor&#13;
in the formation of the communicative culture of students.&#13;

student youth.; Las preguntas de la formación comunicativa de la cultura&#13;
de la juventud estudiantil en las condiciones de su&#13;
ambiente social y cultural de la universidad son de la&#13;
mayor importancia, tanto para el docente de la ciencia, y&#13;
para el desarrollo socio-cultural de la práctica, lo que&#13;
determina la relevancia del tema del artículo. El objetivo&#13;
de la investigación científica-práctica y experimental de la&#13;
justificación pedagógica de la capacidad de su ambiente&#13;
social y cultural de la universidad como factor de&#13;
formación comunicativa de la cultura de la juventud&#13;
estudiantil. La práctica de la importancia de la&#13;
investigación radica en el hecho de que en él desarrollado,&#13;
yucatán campaa de imagen la modelo dirigida al&#13;
armamento de los participantes una gama de importantes&#13;
comunicativas habilidades y destrezas. En consecuencia,&#13;
llegó a la conclusión de que el estudio ha permitido&#13;
identificar las recomendaciones en relación con el aumento&#13;
de la eficacia pedagógica de la capacidad de su ambiente&#13;
social y cultural de la universidad como factor de&#13;
formación comunicativa de la cultura de la juventud&#13;
estudiantil.

The research results of the theoretical-methodological&#13;
principles of distance education in the system of&#13;
continuous teaching of primary school teachers were&#13;
presented in the paper. Definitions of such basic concepts&#13;
of the research were identified and specified: “distance&#13;
education in the system of continuous teaching of primary&#13;
school teachers”, “preparation structure of a primary&#13;
school teacher for distance education”. A pattern which&#13;
expresses a combination of interconnected blockscomponents&#13;
was designed: methodological, theoretical,&#13;
teaching-methodological, effective. Theoretical principles&#13;
were substantiated: regularities, principles, organizationalpedagogical&#13;
conditions, etc. A teaching-methodological&#13;
system of the primary school teachers’ training for&#13;
distance education was worked out. The introduction of a&#13;
developed system of distance education and some&#13;
interconnected theoretical principles into a teaching&#13;
process of experimental groups made it possible to get&#13;
positive dynamics of the preparation levels of primary&#13;
school teachers to develop their personal professionalpedagogical&#13;
competence in the conditions of distance&#13;
education. The increase of the indicators of high&#13;
preparation level for distance education in the system of&#13;
continuous teaching by all criteria was observed in the&#13;
experimental groups of primary school teachers as&#13;
compared with control groups: motivational-valuable,&#13;
cognitive, operational.; En el trabajo se presentaron los resultados de la&#13;
investigación de los principios teórico-metodológicos de la&#13;
educación a distancia en el sistema de enseñanza continua&#13;
de maestros de primaria. Se identificaron y especificaron&#13;
definiciones de tales conceptos básicos de la investigación:&#13;
"educación a distancia en el sistema de enseñanza&#13;
continua de maestros de primaria", "estructura de&#13;
preparación de un maestro de primaria para educación a&#13;
distancia". Se diseñó un patrón que expresa una&#13;
combinación de componentes de bloques interconectados:&#13;
metodológico, teórico, didáctico-metodológico, efectivo. Se&#13;
fundamentaron los principios teóricos: regularidades,&#13;
principios, condiciones organizativas-pedagógicas, etc. Se&#13;
elaboró un sistema pedagógico-metodológico de la&#13;
formación de profesores de educación primaria para la&#13;
educación a distancia. La introducción de un sistema&#13;
desarrollado de educación a distancia y algunos principios&#13;
teóricos interconectados en un proceso de enseñanza de&#13;
grupos experimentales permitió obtener una dinámica&#13;
positiva de los niveles de preparación de los maestros de&#13;
primaria para desarrollar su competencia profesional&#13;
profesional-pedagógica en las condiciones de la educación&#13;
a distancia. . El aumento de los indicadores de alto nivel&#13;
de preparación para la educación a distancia en el sistema&#13;
de enseñanza continua por todos los criterios se observó&#13;
en los grupos experimentales de maestros de primaria en&#13;
comparación con los grupos de control: motivacionalvalioso,&#13;
cognitivo, operativo.

Esta pesquisa buscou entender a percepção dos&#13;
docentes de uma escola do Município do Jaboatão dos&#13;
Guararapes – PE, Brasil sobre as contribuições da&#13;
utilização dos espaços não formais. Foram realizados&#13;
questionários com nove docentes do ensino&#13;
fundamental anos finais. Os resultados indicaram que&#13;
os docentes percebem os espaços não formais como&#13;
um ambiente favorável e motivador no processo de&#13;
aprendizagem dos estudantes, principalmente quando&#13;
essa visita é bem planejada.; This research sought to understand the perception of&#13;
the teachers of a school in the Municipality of Jaboatão&#13;
dos Guararapes – PE, Brazil, on the contributions of&#13;
the use of non - formal spaces. Questionnaires were&#13;
carried out with nine elementary school teachers. The&#13;
results indicated that teachers perceive non-formal&#13;
spaces as a favorable and motivating environment in&#13;
the students' learning process, especially when this&#13;
visit is well planned.

El propósito de esta investigación ha sido conocer las&#13;
limitaciones, dificultades y desafíos que ha generado el&#13;
proceso de implantación de la Educación para el Desarrollo&#13;
Sostenible en las instituciones de Educación Superior de&#13;
Portugal. Siguiendo una metodología de revisión&#13;
bibliográfica, se analizaron investigaciones pertenecientes&#13;
a bases científicas de reconocido prestigio, entre los años&#13;
2017 y 2018. Los resultados evidencian un escaso&#13;
conocimiento de las repercusiones que genera el Desarrollo&#13;
Sostenible en la actuación profesional del docente&#13;
universitario portugués.; The purpose of this research has been to understand the&#13;
limitations, difficulties and challenges generated by the&#13;
process of implementation of Education for Sustainable&#13;
Development in the institutions of Higher Education in&#13;
Portugal. Following a methodology of bibliographical&#13;
review, research belonging to scientific bases of&#13;
recognized prestige was analyzed, between the years 2017&#13;
and 2018. The results show a scarce knowledge of the&#13;
repercussions that the Sustainable Development generates&#13;
in the professional performance of the Portuguese&#13;
university teacher.
