El objetivo central fue generar claves epistémicas para una gestión de la comunicación, orientada hacia la imagen y proyección de la identidad corporativa de la Comercializadora Tamayo & Cía., S.A. Nos centramos en el paradigma cualitativo y asumimos el método fenomenológico hermenéutico. Para este fin se utilizó como técnica de investigación la entrevista a profundidad y como instrumento los textos transcritos de cada entrevista. Los sujetos de investigación fueron tres (03) empleados y un (01) cliente de la Comercializadora Tamayo & Cía., S.A., filial Margarita, quienes aportaron la información relevante que se constituyó en fuente para el análisis del discurso, desde el cual se generaron categorías de investigación que permitieron interpretar debilidades en los elementos estudiados, para posteriormente construir unas reflexiones centrada en claves epistémicas relacionadas con la gestión de la comunicación y sus vínculos con la imagen y la identidad corporativa.; The present investigation focused on the social phenomenon related to the image, and the identity of Comercializadora Tamayo & Cía., S.A. We focus on the qualitative paradigm and assume the hermeneutic phenomenological method. Para ello se efectuó un abordaje desde el método hermenéutico, derivado de la revisión de constructos claves (neurogerencia, organización inteligente y aprendizaje organizacional). Se realizó una exhaustiva revisión documental, todo a fin de generar principios teóricos que reflejan la conexión de la neurogerencia con la transformación de las organizaciones en sistemas inteligentes de aprendizaje. En tal sentido, se precisó que, empleando prácticas neurogerenciales como mecanismos útiles, se trasciende a partir de la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad del entorno, al logro de una gerencia más holística y con visión sistémica, en pro del desarrollo organizacional, progreso y bienestar de la organización en pleno.; This essay reflects on the fascination for the study of the human mind and the applicability of brain capacities through neuromanagement as a paradigmatic tool, capable of transforming traditional companies into learning systems, forging them into intelligent organizations or that they constantly learn. For this, an approach was made from the hermeneutic method, derived from the review of key constructs (neuromanagement, intelligent organization and organizational learning). An exhaustive documentary review was carried out, all in order to generate theoretical principles that reflect the connection of neuromanagement with the transformation of organizations into intelligent learning systems. La investigación se llevó a cabo en los espacios de la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela (UBV), sede Caracas. Con estas premisas, la investigación se enmarca metodológicamente en la modalidad de un estudio de campo, de carácter descriptivo y exploratorio. A fin de recolectar la información, se aplicó una encuesta a docentes de la comunidad ubevista. Los resultados encontrados indican que, desde el Estado, se ha avanzado un poco en una política de igualdad y equiparación de oportunidades. Se espera que las estrategias diseñadas desplieguen el proceso para lograr la inclusión educativa de manera consciente y organizada en la comunidad Ubevista.; This article presents the results of a research that seeks to propose inclusion and educational awareness strategies to strengthen the training of teachers at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), specifically those of the Public Health Management degree training program, in relation to the pedagogical needs of students with disabilities, in accordance with the policy of equality and equalization of opportunities issued by the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education, Science and Technology (MPPEUCT). La mirada que le hemos dado a la tradición en esta investigación es una mirada dinámica y transformadora, en torno a la Paradura del Niño como testimonio oral de vital vigencia para la salvaguardia de la identidad cultural. En el abordaje teórico se consideraron tres ejes temáticos relacionados con la tradición y oralidad: dinamismo transformador, Identidad Cultural y la salvaguardia de la identidad, los cuales se refieren al objeto de estudio. El contexto de donde se tomaron los elementos para su análisis es Pozo Hondo, pueblito andino ubicado en la ciudad de Ejido, Capital del Municipio Campo Elías, Parroquia Ignacio Fernández Peña del estado Mérida, cuyos pobladores heredaron de sus ancestros esta tradición, que fue pasando de generación en generación, hasta nuestros días, revitalizada con elementos que se han ido incorporando, pero siempre manteniendo su esencia. Nuestra investigación se enmarca en el paradigma cualitativo, fundamentado en el método hermenéutico-fenomenológico. Para la recolección de las evidencias se utilizó la entrevista a profundidad a través de la cual penetramos en las reminiscencias de nuestros informantes, donde guardan el raudal de sabiduría de la devocional tradición de la Paradura del Niño. Ello permitió configurar categorías teóricas orientadas hacia esta tradición vital para la salvaguardia de la identidad cultural de los habitantes de Pozo Hondo.; The collective cultural heritage that remains over time is transmitted from one generation to another by the innovative force of tradition, which allows it to be renewed and preserved at the same time. The look that we have given to the tradition in this investigation is a dynamic and transforming look, around the Paradura del Niño as an oral testimony of vital validity for the safeguarding of cultural identity. In the theoretical approach, three thematic axes related to tradition and orality were considered: transformative dynamism, Cultural Identity and the safeguarding of identity, which refer to the object of study. The context from which the elements for its analysis were taken is Pozo Hondo, an Andean town located in the city of Ejido, Capital of the Campo Elías Municipality, Ignacio Fernández Peña Parish in the state of Mérida, whose inhabitants inherited this tradition from their ancestors, which was passing from generation to generation, to the present day, revitalized with elements that have been incorporated, but always maintaining its essence. Our research is part of the qualitative paradigm, based on the hermeneutic-phenomenological method. For the collection of the evidence, the in-depth interview was used through which we penetrate the reminiscences of our informants, where they keep the wealth of wisdom of the devotional tradition of the Paradura del Niño.
