La investigación se desarrolló bajo un diseño documental de tipo descriptivo-analítico, en la cual, se evidenció que la implementación del gobierno digital incidió directamente en la democratización en el acceso a los servicios públicos, la disminución de la corrupción y el aumento de la participación ciudadana, concluyendo que esta última es un factor fundamental en la implementación del gobierno digital a nivel local.; The objective of this article was to analyze the implementation processes of the Digital Government in local administrations in Latin America in Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Rio de Janeiro. Para llevar a cabo dicho análisis fueron estudiadas las disposiciones legales en el Código de Comercio (1955) y del Código Civil (1982) aunado a los comentarios realizados por Calvo (1999) y Calvo (2014) de los mismos y Quevedo (2013). La investigación fue de tipo jurídica, documental, y el método empleado fue el analítico. Como consecuencia del vacío legal en la legislación venezolana en torno a la regulación del joint venture contractual y como esto perjudica a las empresas aliadas y los accionistas, se concluyó que es necesaria la creación de normas que regulen la figura bajo estudio en aras de garantizar los derechos a las partes y evitar la inseguridad jurídica.; The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the liability of the content derived from the joint venture contract against third parties that demand the fulfillment of an obligation in Venezuela. To carry out this analysis, the legal provisions in the Commercial Code (1955) and the Civil Code (1982) were studied, together with the comments made by Calvo (1999) and Calvo (2014) of the same and Quevedo (2013). Se obtuvo como resultado la formulación de un modelo procesal único y eficaz en materia de divorcio que concuerde con la aplicación de todas las pretensiones de divorcio derivadas de la interpretación realizada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.; The overall objective of this research was to analyze the procedural consequences with respect to the multiplicity of criteria in substantive matters in order to respond to the dissolution of the matrimonial bond, since nowadays the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice assumes the procedural guidelines that it has for this kind of situations. El tipo de investigación fue documental y se utilizó el método analítico. Los resultados de la investigación concluyeron que el derecho a la identidad de las personas transgénero incluye la identidad de género y se ve afectado en los casos en que no se respeta la verdad biográfica de las personas.; The purpose of this research paper was to verify the respect for the right to identity of transgender people in the Venezuelan legal system, given the impossibility to modify their personal data in order to adapt them to the real information that identifies and individualizes them. The type of research was documentary and the analytical method was used.
