En la investigación se empleó el paradigma post – positivista, el enfoque cualitativo, y se utilizó el método hermenéutico, además en la indagación documental se seleccionaron algunos artículos de las Constituciones y Leyes de Cultura de los países mencionados anteriormente en donde de manera explícita se hacía referencia a temas culturales. Para el análisis de la información se contó con los aportes de las teorías culturales, constitucionalistas y de los valores. Producto del proceso de triangulación (Documentos – Teorías de entrada – Investigador) se identificaron algunos valores en las dos Constituciones y las dos Leyes de Cultura, tales como: Libertad, Igualdad, Justicia, Paz, Vida, Solidaridad, Democracia, Responsabilidad, Respeto y Creatividad.; With the purpose of revealing the values present in the Constitutions and Cultural Laws of the Latin American countries: Mexico and Venezuela, this study was carried out supported by the contributions of the theories of German constitutionalism: (a) Normativist of Kelsen, (b) De Heller's Organization, (c) Schmith's Decisionism, (d) Smend's Integrationist, and (e) From Haberle's Culture. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cualitativo y se sustentó en el paradigma metodológico socio-crítico. Se trabajó con el método Investigación Acción Participación, orientado por la pedagogía Freinet (2014), la técnica del Periódico en la Escuela de Marcano (1996), la teoría Sociocultural de Vigotsky (2001) y la teoría del Aprendizaje Significativo de Ausubel (2008). La investigación se realizó en el Centro de Educación Inicial Nacional “Pedagógico”, ubicado en el Instituto Pedagógico de Maracay. Se trabajó con 13 infantes bajo la modalidad de grupo focal. La información recopilada evidenció que la producción de noticias puede constituirse en herramienta para desarrollar habilidades de lecto-escritura en los niños y para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de contenidos curriculares.; The present research aims to incorporate the newspaper at the initial education level as a resource for the teaching of reading and writing from the writing of graphic news. The study had a qualitative approach and was based on the socio-critical methodological paradigm. We worked with the Participation Action Research method, guided by the Freinet pedagogy (2014), the Newspaper technique at the Marcano School (1996), the Sociocultural theory of Vigotsky (2001) and the theory of Significant Learning of Ausubel (2008). The research was carried out at the "Pedagogical" National Initial Education Center, located at the Maracay Pedagogical Institute. We worked with 13 infants under the focus group modality. En cuanto a la metodología, se enmarca en una investigación de campo de carácter descriptivo, bajo un diseño no experimental. En relación a la población, estuvo conformada por cuarenta (40) estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado en treinta y dos (32) ítems, con varias alternativas de respuesta, (Siempre, Casi siempre, Algunas veces, pocas veces y Nunca) cuya validez se determinó a través de juicio de expertos, dando una confiabilidad de 0,86 mediante la escala Alpha de Cronbach. Concluye este estudio, que una mayoría de educandos pocas veces y nunca, presentan características y conductas resilientes, debilitando así el desempeño escolar; por ello se recomendó promover el desarrollo de fortalezas en los alumnos, para enfrentar adversidades.; The present study was carried out with the purpose of Analyzing the resilience in the academic performance of the students in the Bolivarian School Media Jornada Venezuela Parroquia Concepción Municipality Iribarren Barquisimeto State Lara. Regarding the methodology, it is part of a descriptive field research, under a non-experimental design. In relation to the population, it was made up of forty (40) students, to whom a questionnaire structured in thirty-two (32) items was applied, with several response alternatives, (Always, Almost always, Sometimes, few times and Never) whose validity was determined through expert judgment, giving a reliability of 0.86 using Cronbach's Alpha scale. Es normal que los buenos estudiantes sean estimulados por su desempeño. Pero, ¿qué pasa con aquellos estudiantes con resultados poco satisfactorios? ¿Cuáles son las circunstancias que les hace reprobar asignaturas? A la luz de estos interrogantes, la intención central de este ensayo fue analizar; desde varios autores, la incidencia que tienen los aspectos socioeconómicos y afectivos de los estudiantes en el rendimiento académico. En consecuencia, se establecen tres factores asociados a este: la motivación personal, el ambiente que les rodea y la influencia que ejerce la familia en el plano formativo. Dicho de otra forma, estos aspectos se circunscriben dentro de las categorías de lo afectivo, lo social y lo económico.; Academic performance is the condition of approving or not the knowledge scheme required by the educational system. This is how, taking into account the results from different subjects, we speak of a good or bad student. Commonly good students are stimulated by their performance. But what about those students with inferior results? What are the circumstances which make them fail? In the light of these questions, the main intention of this essay is analyze from several authors, the impact that socioeconomic and affective aspects of students have on academic performance. Consequently, three factors have been associated: personal motivation, the environment surrounding the student and the family influence regarding the educational level.
