But scientific honesty in order to respect the human right to live, three "small" conditions have to be met: to leave data (phenomena) scientifically certain (proven), properly interpreted tenor of an understanding of the phenomenon in their specificity, and third, elementarily seated on a good argument. Here our critic is centered to reach a conclusion that at least is not as inconsistent as the proposal for this group of scientific penologists! The dignity of the human life is a value in itself, that which bears a deontology or duty anthropological foundation of all ethical and juridical duty.; Dos cosas hay que destacar, a propósito de aquellos penalistas abortistas que fundamentan su justificación, diciendo: "Se ha de tener honradez científica y ser consecuente con las propias ideas". Pero la honradez científica, orientada a respetar el derecho humano a la vida, únicamente se puede cumplir "simul" tres condiciones: partir de datos (fenómenos) científicamente ciertos (comprobados), debidamente interpretados a tenor de una comprensión del fenómeno en su especificidad, y tercero, elementalmente asentados en una buena argumentación deóntica. Aquí se centra nuestra crítica para amanecer a una conclusión, que al menos no sea tan inconsecuente como la propuesta por este grupo de penalistas ¿científicos! La dignidad de la vida humana es un valor en sí mismo, lo cual conlleva una deontología o deber antropológico fundamento de todo deber ético y jurídico.
