VIGENCIA EDUCATIVA DE LA TRADICIÓN HERMENÉUTICA DE LAS CULTURAS DEL LIBRO Fernández Colón, Gustavo La conferencia propone una revalorización de los métodos de interpretación de los Libros Sagrados, desarrollados por las religiones abrahámicas durante el Medioevo. La comparación de las tradiciones hermenéuticas de judíos, cristianos y musulmanes, se centra en la aplicación de la teoría de los cuatro sentidos (literal, alegórico, moral y espiritual) al Cantar de los Cantares, así como en el problema moral suscitado por el erotismo del poema. Se constata la existencia de una retórica y una hermenéutica comunes a las tres religiones. Se aprecia así mismo que el rechazo moral a la sensualidad del lenguaje salomónico por judíos y cristianos no está presente en el islam, puesto que los sufíes valoran las descripciones del amor carnal como expresiones válidas del Amor Divino. Se concluye que a pesar del dogmatismo religioso, se produjo una recurrente renovación histórica del sentido atribuido al Cantar y a la poesía erótica influida por su retórica.; The conference proposes a revaluation of the methods of interpretation of the Sacred Books, developed by the Abrahamic religions during the Middle Ages. The comparison of the hermeneutical traditions of Jews, Christians and Muslims, focuses on the application of the theory of the four senses (literal, allegorical, moral and spiritual) to the Song of Songs, as well as the moral problem raised by the eroticism of this poem. The dissemination of similar procedures of rhetoric and hermeneutics is observed in the three religions. It is likewise seen that the moral rejection of the sensuality of Solomonic language by Jews and Christians is not present in Islam, since the Sufis value descriptions of carnal love as valid expressions of Divine Love.
