Un enfoque comparativo internacional Delgado Vela, Eliana Abigail El estudio realiza una revisión sistemática sobre políticas de capacitación docente en sistemas educativos públicos, con el propósito de identificar sus componentes clave, diferencias contextuales y efectos sobre la equidad e inclusión. Se empleó el protocolo PRISMA para seleccionar artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2024 en bases de datos como Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect y ProQuest. De 1546 registros iniciales, se incluyeron 15 estudios que cumplían con criterios metodológicos y temáticos. Los resultados revelan que las políticas más eficaces integran formación continua, apoyo pedagógico, tecnologías inclusivas y evaluación docente contextualizada. No obstante, persisten brechas entre zonas urbanas y rurales, asociadas a recursos, conectividad y planificación. Se concluye que las políticas deben ser sostenibles, adaptativas y diseñadas con enfoque territorial para garantizar calidad e inclusión educativa.; This study presents a systematic review of teacher training policies in public education systems, aiming to identify their key components, contextual differences, and effects on equity and inclusion. Using the PRISMA protocol, articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected from Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. From 1546 initial records, 15 studies met methodological and thematic criteria. Results show that effective policies include continuous training, pedagogical support, inclusive technologies, and contextualized teacher assessment. However, disparities remain between urban and rural areas due to unequal resources, connectivity, and planning. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender el valor terapéutico y simbólico atribuido a esta planta dentro de los saberes tradicionales en quechua hablantes de Ayacucho. El estudio se desarrolló con un enfoque cualitativo y etnográfico, mediante entrevistas en profundidad, observación participante y grupos focales, realizados con vendedores y consumidores en mercados locales. Se constató que existe una fuerte preferencia por los preparados artesanales, en ventaja de las versiones farmacéuticas, debido a la confianza en la medicina ancestral. Sin embargo, persistieron limitaciones en la recolección de datos por el pudor social que rodea el tema. Se concluyó que el wanarpu macho mantiene vigencia como alternativa natural frente a problemas de virilidad, aunque se requiere mayor investigación científica para validar su eficacia y garantizar su consumo seguro.; Andean folk medicine has preserved for generations the use of wanarpu macho (Jatropha macrantha) as a plant with aphrodisiac properties, especially in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction. The objective of this research was to understand the therapeutic and symbolic value attributed to this plant within the traditional knowledge of Quechua speakers in Ayacucho. The study was developed with a qualitative and ethnographic approach, through in-depth interviews, participant observation and focus groups, conducted with vendors and consumers in local markets. It was found that there is a strong preference for handmade preparations, to the advantage of pharmaceutical versions, due to confidence in ancestral medicine. However, limitations persisted in data collection due to the social modesty surrounding the subject. Critical discussion of fiscal policy and private sector development in the recent history of Ukraine, 1991-2024 Medynska, Tetyana; Holovachko, Vasyl; Vykliuk, Mariana; Vovk, Maksym Within the parameters of descriptive methodology based on data from documentary sources, the objective of this research was to analyze fiscal frameworks in the 21st century with a critical focus on fiscal policy and private sector development in Ukraine between 1991 and 2024. This analysis covers the different historical stages of the country: from its independence in 1991, to its current struggle to maintain national sovereignty. From this objective, three key questions emerge that this article sought to answer in its development: How have fiscal frameworks evolved in Ukraine since independence? What impact has fiscal policy had on private sector development? And what historical lessons can be drawn for other countries facing similar crises? The results obtained lead to the conclusion that, the strategic need for a just peace for Ukraine is evident from a fiscal and economic perspective, as no fiscal framework, no matter how sophisticated, can compensate for the devastating effects of a protracted war. The peace negotiations will operate under complex geopolitical interests, where external actors such as the European Union, the United States and international financial organizations will play a determining role, not only in diplomatic but also in economic terms.; En los parámetros de la metodología descriptiva con base a los datos provenientes de fuentes documentales, el objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar los marcos fiscales en el siglo XXI con un enfoque crítico en la política fiscal y el desarrollo del sector privado en Ucrania, entre 1991 y 2024. Este análisis abarca las distintas etapas históricas del país: desde su independencia en 1991, hasta su actual lucha por mantener la soberanía nacional. A partir de este objetivo, surgen tres preguntas clave que este artículo intentó responder en su desarrollo: ¿Cómo han evolucionado los marcos fiscales en Ucrania desde su independencia? ¿Qué impacto ha tenido la política fiscal en el desarrollo del sector privado? Y ¿Qué lecciones históricas se pueden extraer para otros países que enfrentan crisis similares? Los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que, la necesidad estratégica de una paz justa para Ucrania resulta evidente desde la perspectiva fiscal y económica, pues ningún marco fiscal, por sofisticado que sea, puede compensar los devastadores efectos de una guerra prolongada.
