El interés se centró en interpretar siguiendo el paradigma cualitativo sociocrítico, los significados del discurso médico acerca de la práctica médica. Tomando como centro la Hermenéutica Crítica de Gadamer y Habermas, el análisis crítico del discurso descrito por Teun Van Dijk. Emergieron los siguientes hallazgos: Mientras los médicos expertos centraron su atención en el deber ser de la práctica médica, características, los retos y contradicciones de dicha práctica en la Venezuela Socialista del Siglo XXI, los médicos jóvenes centraron su atención en la disparidad teórica de la formación recibida con las condiciones de su práctica médica en el campo laboral real, el ejercicio de poder y la violencia que se vive en los centros asistenciales, sus aspiraciones y obstáculos para el desarrollo de una práctica médica idónea, equitativa y adecuada a las necesidades de la población que acude a los servicios de salud. Las inquietudes plasmadas se presentaron en forma de ensayo reflexivo, dando cuenta de los hallazgos al indagar significados en su discurso en el período 2015-2016.Las distintas experiencias de actores sociales, autores consultados y la autora del ensayo permitieron develar con claridad perspectivas coexistentes y dinámicas en la Práctica Médica en Venezuela y los horizontes de cambio que pueden ser útiles para la reconstrucción de la Atención de Salud que tanto necesita el pueblo venezolano.; This essay lays out some thoughts regarding medical practice in Venezuela, according to what expert doctors( UCV, UCLA) and young specialist doctors (UCLA) have expressed in the 21st century Socialist Venezuela, in Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA. Venezuela). The interest focused on interpreting with a critical view the meanings of the medical discourse regarding medical practice. It took in its core the qualitative paradigm in the critical interpreting method, I worked with critical hermeneutics by Gadamer y Habermas, the critical analysis of speech described by Teum Van Dijk. The following findings emerged from the research: While expert doctors focused their attention on the “ought-to-be” of the medical practice, characteristics, challenges and contradictions of said practice in the Socialist Venezuela of the 21st century, the young doctors focused their attention on the theoretical disparity of the training received in the actual work field, the exercise of power, violence in health care centers, their aspirations and obstacles for the development of a suitable and equitable medical practice, adequate to the needs of the population assisted by the healthcare services. The concerns set out was presented as a reflexive essay, give an account of the findings while researching in the 2015/16 period in Venezuela. The different experiences of social players, inquired authors and the author of the essay enable to clearly reveal co-existent and dynamic points of view about Medical Practice in Venezuela and the change outlooks that might be useful for the reconstruction of the Healthcare Service so needed by the Venezuelan people. 2019-11-01T00:00:00Z http://bdigital2.ula.ve:8080/xmlui/654321/4060 RECUPERACIÓN DE LA AUTONOMÍA DEL CUERPO, PRÁCTICA NECESARIA EN LA PROMOCIÓN DE LA SALUD Bentivegna, Giovana; Márquez, Ahimara El presente ensayo se plantea apreciar los logros en la recuperación de las capacidades sobre la autonomía del cuerpo como fundamento en la práctica de la promoción de la salud en la Fundación Las Delicias (FLD); proyecto comunitario ubicado la zona rural del Caserío Las Ánimas, Distrito Yaritagua, en Venezuela. El texto se encuentra estructurado en tres partes: La introducción, en donde se describe el escenario dónde se desarrolla la práctica de PS y se enuncian las categorías fundamentales objeto de análisis. El desarrollo, en donde, apoyadas en la revisión documental, se analizan y sintetizan un conjunto de argumentos que permiten un acercamiento comprensivo a la categoría ontológica cuerpoterritorio como elemento fundamental en el estudio de la promoción de la salud. Así como también sostener de cómo el ser humano necesita recuperar la autonomía sobre su cuerpo y lograr activar los recursos disponibles para elaborar proyectos de vida saludables. Posteriormente, se explica cómo la FLD ha organizado internamente sus prácticas de promoción de la salud, a partir de la implementación de tres líneas de trabajo, logrando que sus usuarios alcancen la recuperación de la autonomía de su cuerpo. Finalmente, la conclusión en donde se enuncian para la discusión, los logros obtenidos en la recuperación de las capacidades para afrontar y superar el discurso hegemónico que impide tomar el control del cuerpo. Con estos resultados, la Fundación se está comprometiendo con un valor superior que es la promoción de la vida, a través de la dignificación de la persona humana.; The present essay aims to arrive at the recognition of the achievements in the recovery of the capacities in the search of the autonomy of the body as a foundation in the practice of health promotion in the Las Delicias Foundation (FLD); Community project located in the rural area of Caserío Las Ánimas, Yaritagua District of Yaracuy state in Venezuela. The text is structured in three parts: The introduction, which briefly describes the scenario where the practice of PS develops and sets out the fundamental categories that will be analyzed. The development, where, supported by the documentary review, a set of arguments that allow an approach to the understanding of the body-territory ontological category as a fundamental element in the study of health promotion are analyzed and synthesized. As well as sustaining how the human being needs to recover autonomy over his body and to activate the available resources to develop healthy life projects. Subsequently, we managed to explain how the FLD has internally organized its health promotion practices, based on the implementation of three lines of work, to ensure that its users achieve the recovery of their body's autonomy. Finally, the conclusion where they are stated for discussion, the achievements obtained in the recovery of the abilities to face and overcome the hegemonic discourse that prevents taking control of your body.
