Por otro lado, la geometría en la educación inicial, debe ser intuitiva y con sentido lógico-matemático. La presente investigación tiene como propósito generar una visión teórico-práctica sobre la didáctica de la geometría en la educación inicial. Para el abordaje teórico se asumieron Teoría evolutiva de Piaget, el Constructivismo social de Vigotsky, y la Teoría ecológica del desarrollo humano de Urie Bronfenbrenner, entre otras. Asimismo, el enfoque metodológico es cualitativo, con método interpretativo, bajo el análisis de contenidos. Los informantes clave de este estudio serán cuatro docentes escogidos tomando en cuenta su formación profesional y experiencias niveles académicos de la educación inicial. Como técnica de recolección de la información, se usará la entrevista en profundidad. On the other hand, geometry in early childhood education should be intuitive and with logical-mathematical sense. Metodológicamente se ubica en el postpositivismo, con enfoque cualitativo y método hermenéutico. La investigación tiene como escenario la Empresa Fanametal C.A., en Cagua, Estado Aragua, Venezuela. Se seleccionaron tres informantes y se les aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada empleando como instrumentos un guión de preguntas, grabador y una cámara digital. Para el procesamiento de información se recurrió a técnicas propias del abordaje cualitativo, apoyado en la revisión documental y el análisis de contenido. Entre los hallazgos se tiene que se busca vivir en una sociedad donde la diversidad de las personas se admita y se acepte con respeto mutuo, reconociendo diferencias individuales, se pueda cumplir con los deberes, gozar de los mismos derechos sin barreras sociales y ser tomados en cuenta integrándolos al mercado laboral.; The purpose of the study is to generate a theoretical corpus for the labor integration of people with disabilities from the social and axiological dimension of Education. Methodologically it is located in postpositivism, with a qualitative approach and hermeneutical method. The research takes place at the Fanametal C.A. Company, in Cagua, Aragua State, Venezuela. Three informants were selected and a semi-structured interview was applied using a script of questions, a recorder and a digital camera as instruments. For information processing, qualitative approach techniques were used, supported by documentary review and content analysis.
