Desafíos y experiencias desde Venezuela The COVID-19 pandemic meant a radical change in the dynamic of our societies, its consequences have not only been observed at the social, health, economic and political level, but have also brought repercussions in the educational field, a space where the virtual education emerged as the dominant teaching paradigm. However, the rapidity of the changes and the digital divide that historically has existed in Venezuela, has brought too many limitations in the technological access of university students, a fact that is increased by the social and economic crisis that the country is going through for almost a decade. Considering this, and taking the concept of digital divide as the main focus, this work analyzes the Venezuelan virtual educational scenario during the COVID-19 pandemic, characterizing the impact of the main existing problems at the infrastructure, resources and digital literacy level on students and teachers of education institutes, to conclude by reflecting about the challenges and possible solutions from human development approach.; La pandemia de COVID-19 significó un cambio radical en la dinámica de nuestras sociedades, sus consecuencias no solo se han observado a nivel social, sanitario, económico y político, sino que también han traído repercusiones en el ámbito educativo, espacio donde la educación virtual emergió como el paradigma de enseñanza dominante. The Butterfly Circus The purpose of the essay presented is to reflect on the managerial effects that transformational leadership produces in organizations and how the existential essence of each and every one of the members of the organization that make it up should be highlighted, not a group but a work team. This essay report was founded within the framework of the Circo de las Mariposas video, having a manager who did not allow its members to stand out as thinking entities but instead exhibited them as exceptional phenomena, beings without their own will, and who, when they came out of the cocoon, were able to to realize that each one of them represented a repressed personality, that by making decisions they could move forward of their own free will. It was estimated to make remarks about leadership and transformational management, which is of significant importance to generate changes in organizations. Various management theories such as Competency Theory, Business Coaching, Empowerment, Organizational Theory, Classical Theory, Bureaucratic Theory were highlighted. Humanistic theory X – Y.; El ensayo que se presenta tiene como finalidad hacer una reflexión acerca de los efectos gerenciales que produce un liderazgo transformacional en las organizaciones y cómo debe destacar la esencia existencial de todos y cada uno de los miembros de la organización que la conforman, no un grupo sino un equipo de trabajo. Es asumir la realidad docente que exige toma de conciencia en los problemas sociales, especialmente en el orden axiológico, los cuales se pueden contrarrestarse desde la educación.La investigación temática se desarrolló a través de un estudio documental producto de una revisión bibliográfica, donde se analiza el rol del docente como formador, quienes son los llamados a comprometerse con el cambio y crecimiento social, adecuando sus proyectos educativos institucionales a los requerimientos de los países latinoamericanos reflejados en las metas educativas del milenio señalados por OEI (2010).; Interpreting the world from our role as university educators means analyzing the human being and reflecting on life through the conceptual Triads and pillars of transdisciplinarity. It involves formulating a life project aimed at social change and growth that helps break down the obstacles and labels of cognitive poverty through collective reflection, contributing to the training of professionals in light of new epistemic, ontological, axiological, and teleological paradigms of contemporary humanity. It is about assuming the educational reality that demands awareness of social issues, especially in the axiological realm, which can be countered through education. The thematic research was developed using a hermeneutic methodology, interpreting the role of the educator as a trainer, who are called to commit to social change and growth by adapting their institutional educational projects to the needs of Latin American countries as reflected in the educational goals of the millennium established by OEI (2010).
