ARACRI, Luís A.
cenário.; Based on a live broadcast for undergraduate students registered in the Agrarian Geography course,
offered in the first semester of the 2021 academic year by the Department of Geosciences of the Federal
University of Juiz de Fora, this paper aims to propose a critical reinterpretation (based in official data)
of a post published by the Secretaria Especial de Comunicação Social da Presidência da República
(SECOM) of the Brazilian Government celebrating the Farmer's Day, in which it was emphasized the
ability of Brazilian farmers to “guarantee food on the table of millions of people in Brazil and abroad”,
while omitting the increase in food insecurity in the country during the Covid-19 pandemic and the
growth of agribusiness profits even in this scenario.

tecnológica no Brasil.
prática institucional produz um modelo distorcido para o Brasil.; The objective of this study was to identify the distinct characteristics of the technological university
model in Brazil. The technical procedure adopted was the bibliographic research of an exploratory
nature. We found that the relationship with the market and particularities around the aims of
universities produce an idea of a technological university. We conclude that the growing divergence
between the ideal present when Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR) was conceived, and
the current institutional practice produces a distorted model for Brazil.

HERNÁNDEZ-ROMERO, María I.
asimilador.; This quantitative research focuses on two personal variables in relation to the self-perceived level of
digital skills of 278 university students. The results emanating from an integrating instrument showed
that the level of digital competence reported was between intermediate and advanced, perhaps
motivated by the pandemic. Extraversion was weakly correlated with two areas of digital competencies,
but not with learning styles. Interestingly, the distribution between learning styles and competence
levels did show some tendencies in favor of the assimilating style.
