Mediante una revisión documental, se toma como punto de partida los acontecimientos más resaltantes que llevaron a la evolución del pensamiento administrativo y fueron adaptados a las empresas agrícolas durante los cambios históricos como lo fue el sistema feudal, la Revolución Industrial y el desarrollo científico y tecnológico que ha generado profundas transformaciones en los factores políticos, económicos, sociales y ambientales del contexto organizacional. Este ensayo se propone generar motivación para ejercer la investigación socioeducativa, especialmente en aquellos docentes sin formación en educación como ocurre en las ciencias de la salud.
