Cuando se hace referencia a la educación indefectiblemente esto significa la presencia de intersubjetividades. Este ensayo de revisión bibliográfica se propuso examinar cómo se ha incluido la intersubjetividad como una estrategia dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Para ello se revisaron diferentes trabajos publicados que abordaban un enfoque conceptual e investigativo del tema tratado. Se concluye que la intersubjetividad hace referencia a una interacción que tiene lugar en el que existe un reconocimiento propio y mutuo, en el que se construyen significados compartidos. Al crearse un ambiente intersubjetivo óptimo, el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje es favorecido para todos, logrando cohesionar, motivar y causar interés tanto en docentes como en estudiantes y se logra obtener y proporcionar un mayor sentido a la práctica educativa. La intersubjetividad asegura el reconocimiento del otro y del papel que juega dentro del contexto educativo, legitimando tanto el rol docente, como el estudiantil e incluso de otras personas que habitualmente se encuentran dentro del espacio educacional. Es por esta razón que es relevante establecer estas relaciones intersubjetivas,; Intersubjectivity in the educational context is fundamental as a strategy that favors and promotes the teaching-learning process. When reference is made to education, this inevitably means the presence of intersubjectivities. This bibliographic review essay aimed to examine how intersubjectivity has been included as a strategy within the teaching-learning process. To do this, different published works that addressed a conceptual and investigative approach to the subject were reviewed. It is concluded that intersubjectivity refers to an interaction that takes place in which there is self-recognition and mutual recognition, in which shared meanings are built. By creating an optimal intersubjective environment, the teaching-learning process is favored for all, managing to unite, motivate and cause interest in both teachers and students and it is possible to obtain and provide a greater meaning to educational practice. Intersubjectivity ensures the recognition of the other and the role it plays within the educational context, legitimizing both the teacher's role, the student's role, and even other people who are usually found within the educational space. En este sentido, el impulso de estrategias y métodos de diagnóstico para la detección de las necesidades y potencialidades del territorio, permiten establecer una visión ampliada del entorno social y comunitario, orientada a la materialización de objetivos de solución de la problemática y la atención de inquietudes que surgen de la población y que pertenecen a los sectores del ámbito territorial, impulsando la pertinencia social de las políticas educativas, basadas en los intereses propios de cada comunidad o localidad en el territorio fundamento de modelos de territorialización adaptados a cada realidad y visiones propias de la localidad.; The Tax Unit (UT) was analyzed as an Economic Correction Unit in the Public Treasury from its creation in 1994 to the present and the difficulties that underestimated it: the precision of the National Consumer Price Index that the Central Bank of Venezuela must publish in a timely manner in his statistics; the readjustment that must be done within the first days of the year, and the Venezuelan hyperinflation for six years. The consequences of the UT in the Definitive Declaration of Income of the Income Tax (ISLR) of Natural Persons (PN) for the year 2022 were analyzed. It is a legal investigation, with documentary design and critical analysis. Regarding the analysis and interpretation of the information, it is descriptive and narrative by the author, and in the conclusions the importance of using the UT again for the purpose of collecting the State is highlighted, and as a recommendation it is proposed to exonerate from the payment of the ISLR to all PN with minimum income wages until the proper adjustments are made to the UT and while the National Minimum Wage is not adequate for an optimal level that allows taxpayers to comply with their tax obligations.
