La investigación se llevó a cabo desde una perspectiva cuantitativa mediante la recuperación, recopilación y análisis de referencias documentales y bibliográficas. En este sentido, los investigadores utilizaron un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental para llevar a cabo un proceso de investigación en el que la población de estudio se basa principalmente en documentos escritos como trabajos arbitrados, normas y leyes, además de tener en cuenta el análisis del contenido de la información recopilada. Igualmente, se empleó el enfoque inductivo-deductivo. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 26 estudiantes de Primer nivel de la Carrera de Derecho, UNIANDES, Ibarra, Ecuador, en la Modalidad Híbrida, período académico mayo–septiembre de 2023. Se concluye que, la excursión docente, ya sea de manera presencial o virtual, constituye una estrategia educativa adecuada para el estudio de valores culturales representativos de la localidad.; The general objective of the research was to analyze the teaching excursion and its educational implications. The research was conducted from a quantitative perspective through the retrieval, collection and analysis of documentary and bibliographic references. In this sense, the researchers used a documentary-type bibliographic design to carry out a research process in which the study population is mainly based on written documents such as refereed papers, standards and laws, as well as taking into account the content analysis of the information collected. The inductive-deductive approach was also employed. A questionnaire was applied to 26 students of the first level of the Law Degree, UNIANDES, Ibarra, Ecuador, in the Hybrid Modality, academic period May-September 2023. The method used in the research was based on a qualitative approach, supported by the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology. This made it possible to organize an analysis of the object of study. A phenomenon that manifests itself in the subjective sphere of reality was taken into consideration. It is concluded that Guayasamin's work is a reservoir of culture and identity. It constitutes a means of recognition and defense of the indigenous Ecuadorian, discriminated against over time. Through his brush, the artist conveys the reality he has lived through and draws attention to the need to understand it, to be in solidarity with it and to transform it; his art is presented as a synthesis of various characteristic aspects of Ecuador; El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar el desarrollo de la identidad cultural mediante la obra de Guayasamín, “La Capilla del Hombre”. Tendencias en el modelo educativo del Colegio de Postgraduados, México El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar el consumo cultural y tecnología. Tendencias y alternativa en el modelo educativo del Colegio de Postgraduados, México. El estudio se realizó desde la perspectiva cuantitativa, mediante la recuperación, recopilación y análisis crítico de referencias documentales y bibliográficas. En este sentido, desde un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, los investigadores realizaron un proceso investigativo en donde la población de estudio, se fundamentó básicamente en documentos escritos como trabajos arbitrados y tesis. Además, se apoyó, en los métodos analítico–sintético e inductivo-deductivo. Se concluye que, es posible constatar la emergencia de reconocer un modelo pedagógico educativo que no responda a la hegemonía del pensamiento único, basado en los dictados del capitalismo y de la clase dominante. Por tanto, se requiere de una trasformación social y política, que le apueste a una educación liberadora y reflexiva.; The general objective of the research was to analyze cultural consumption and technology.
