Este estudio se enmarcó dentro de la modalidad de proyecto factible, con un diseño no experimental, de campo y transversal. Para la construcción del prototipo se utilizó el entorno de desarrollo Visual Studio Community y el lenguaje de programación C#; el sistema se elaboró a través de la metodología de desarrollo Blue Watch propuesta por Montilva y Barrios (2021). En consecuencia, el estudio precisó que las características de un sistema de información abarcan varios aspectos; estos incluyen, el flujo de ejecución de las actividades de los procesos académicos, las especificaciones técnicas de desarrollo, la disponibilidad tecnológica de la institución universitaria, el procesamiento de información y la producción de informes administrativos.; The research focused on the design of an information system for the academic record of Alonso de Ojeda University, with the aim of improving the management of the documentation of special degree works. This study was framed within the modality of a feasible project, with a non-experimental, field and cross-sectional design. For the construction of the prototype, the Visual Studio Community development environment and the C# programming language were used; the system was developed through the Blue Watch development methodology proposed by Montilva and Barrios (2021). Consequently, the study specified that the characteristics of an information system cover several aspects; these include, the execution flow of the activities of the academic processes, the technical development specifications, the technological availability of the university institution, the processing of information and the production of administrative reports. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la mediación como herramienta para resolución de conflictos en el contexto educativo venezolano. Se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo-explicativo, con enfoque cualitativo, cuyo universo de estudio fueron las fuentes documentales sobre el interaccionismo en la escuela, el conflicto y la mediación como herramienta para la resolución de conflictos, como categorías de estudio. En algunas de las conclusiones se determina que los conflictos intraescolares se incrementan continuamente por la escasa tolerancia entre los miembros, dificultando las relaciones de convivencia, que deben ser tratadas a través de la mediación escolar como herramienta para su resolución y para la construcción de un ambiente de paz.; The school is the expeditious place to develop socializing experiences where conflicts in general have been changing their negative connotation, being assumed in some organizations as something natural and inevitable, for which treatment practices must be modified. The objective of this article is to analyze mediation as a tool for conflict resolution in the Venezuelan educational context. A descriptive-explanatory study was developed, with a qualitative approach, whose universe of study was the documentary sources on interactionism in school, conflict and mediation as a tool for conflict resolution, as study categories. In some of the conclusions it is determined that intra-school conflicts continually increase due to the low tolerance between the members, making coexistence relationships difficult, which must be treated through school mediation as a tool for their resolution and for the construction of an environment of peace. Para lograr estos objetivos, se recurre al análisis del marco jurídico nacional y las normativas internacionales que regulan esta actividad. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, el cual permitió seleccionar cuatro (04) tipos de informantes conformados por docentes, trabajadores y adolescentes, cuyos testimonios fueron recolectados directamente de la realidad donde ocurrieron los hechos. El estudio concluye que, en un sector del Municipio Zamora del Estado Aragua, se detectaron diversas formas de trabajo infantil, incluso trabajo peligroso, de acuerdo a lo consagrados en los Convenios Internacionales de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y la legislación patria que regula la materia.; The purpose of this paper is to analyze the compliance of the regulatory instruments that promote the abolition of child labor, based on the identification and characterization of the forms of child labor detected in the sector. To achieve these objectives we made an analysis of the national legal framewok and the internationallaws that regulate that regulate this activity. The research has a qualitative approach as we select four (04) kinds of informants, using the teachers, workers and students for this purpose. Their testimonies were collected directly from real events in real time. The study concludes that, in a sector of the Zamora Municipality located in Aragua State, various forms of child labor were detected, including some dangerous work, according to the International Conventions of the International Labor Organization(ILO) and the national legislations that regulates this matter. Sustentado en autores como Ivancevich et al (2006), Koontz y Weihrich (2006), Ochoa et al (2007), entre otros. El método fue un estudio descriptivo, con diseño no experimental, transeccional, de campo, en una población de 247 docentes universitarios, y una muestra estratificada de 153 sujetos de cuatro universidades de la COL. Se utilizó cuestionario tipo Lickert de cuatro alternativas, con 33 ítemes, validado por juicio de expertos y confiabilidad Alfa Cronbach en 0.97, aplicando un baremo de interpretación para analizar resultados con estadística descriptiva. Se concluye que el proceso de gestión tecnológica en el ámbito universitario requiere la creación de un clima propicio para la innovación, haciendo evidente la presencia de factores que estimulen el desarrollo de una cultura organizacional vinculada al proceso universitario.; The objective was aimed at analyzing technological management in the university educational process of the Eastern Coast of Lake Maracaibo, in the state of Zulia. The method was a descriptive study, with a non-experimental, transectional, field design, in a population of 247 university teachers, and a stratified sample of 153 subjects from four COL universities. A four-alternative Likert-type questionnaire was used, with 33 items, validated by expert judgment and Cronbach Alpha reliability of 0.97, applying an interpretation scale to analyze results with descriptive statistics. It is concluded that the technological management process in the university environment requires the creation of a climate conducive to innovation, making evident the presence of factors that stimulate the development of an organizational culture linked to the university process.
