Por tal motivo, en el artículo se evidencia los procesos epistémicos de la gerencia educativa postmoderna. Además, se genera un aporte epistémico asociado a la educación venezolana en un proceso complejo como lo es la postmodernidad. Es importante señalar que las instituciones necesitan desarrollar procesos creadores que brinden un nuevo sistema de oportunidades para el fortalecimiento de la distinción analítica efectuada por el pensamiento complejo en la educación y que requiere de una actualización transdisciplinaria en la imperante postmodernidad.; Education is a fundamental process that influences the progress of society, therefore it is important that educational managers guarantee the achievement of the established objectives; since they are in charge of improving the education of the 21st century. For this reason, the article evidences the epistemic processes of postmodern educational management. In addition, an epistemic contribution associated with Venezuelan education is generated in a complex process such as postmodernity. It is important to point out that institutions need to develop creative processes that provide a new system of opportunities for strengthening the analytical distinction made by complex thinking in education and that requires a transdisciplinary update in the prevailing postmodernity. El objetivo central es hacer un arqueo bibliográfico que permita reflexionar sobre la problemática económica, social, cultural y política en el contexto de la Venezuela actual con énfasis en las prácticas socioeconómicas y culturales de Ciudad Bolívar, entre 2015 - 2019, contextualizadas en el proyecto socialista. Los resultados arrojaron que el desarrollo humano se expresa en múltiples pobrezas: criminalidad (homicidios), imposibilidad de acceso a la canasta alimentaria, servicios básicos deficientes (agua, luz, internet, gas y gasolina), restricciones a la libertad de expresión a líderes, grupos políticos y medios comunicacionales, lo cual ha acentuado las pobrezas.; This article is part of my doctoral thesis: The daily life of the Venezuelan in the socialism of the 21st century. The central objective is to make a bibliographical archeology that allows reflecting on the economic, social, cultural and political problems in the context of current Venezuela with emphasis on the socioeconomic and cultural practices of Ciudad Bolívar, between years 2015 - 2019, contextualized in the socialist project. The results showed that human development is expressed in multiple forms of poverty: criminality (homicides), inability to access the food basket, poor basic services (water, electricity, internet, gas and gasoline), restrictions on freedom of expression for leaders, to political groups and communication media, which has accentuated poverty. Metodológicamente, es un estudio de corte documental, se apoya en el paradigma interpretativo, asume el método hermenéutico, empleó la técnica de la revisión documental. Algunas reflexiones: a) el mundo gira alrededor del cambio, b) el cambio es tan frecuente que ni cuenta nos damos, c) las organizaciones han tenido que replantear y reorientar su hacer diario, d) en Pandemia la incertidumbre y los cambios vertiginosos han hecho que los directivos, gestores y trabajadores, asuman con atención los retos y desafíos del contexto.; The purpose of the research was to reflect on the scope and management of organizational change in Pandemic COVID-19 in Venezuela.
