Leopoldo Zea y Boaventura de Sousa Santos, por una filosofía latinoamericana Zerpa Gimón, Irene El trabajo tiene la intención de establecer un diálogo entre dos posturas filosóficas que piensan a América Latina desde diferentes lugares de enunciación. Comienza situando al filósofo mexicano Leopoldo Zea y al sociólogo portugués Boaventura de Sousa Santos en los tiempos y espacios donde desarrollan sus vidas y actividades intelectuales. Se describen también algunas nociones referentes a las líneas de argumentación por las que se dieron a conocer; por una parte el “Proyecto Asuntivo”, enunciado a partir de los años 40, y por la otra “Las epistemologías del Sur”, de reciente data, como propuesta a la descolonización del saber. Se concluye haciendo una interpretación a la luz de la hermenéutica diatópica, como una invitación hacia la configuración de una filosofía poscolonial fundada en la emancipación epistemológica versus los imperativos culturales y las asimetrías cognitivas.; The main intention of this essay is to establish a dialog between two philosophical positions that think of Latin America from different places of enunciation. It begins by situating the Mexican philosopher Leopoldo Zea and the Portuguese sociologist Boaventura de Sousa Santos in times and spaces where they develop their lives and intellectual activities. Some notions regarding the lines of argument by which they were known are also described. By one side, the “Assumption Project”, enunciated from 1940s onwards and by the other side, the “South Epistemologies” of recent times as a proposal for knowledge decolonization. It is concluded making an interpretation in the light of the diatopic hermeneutics as an invitation to the configuration of a postcolonial philosophy based on the epistemological emancipation versus cultural imperatives and cognitive asymmetries. Thu, 08 Nov 2018 00:00:00 GMT http://bdigital2.ula.ve:8080/xmlui/654321/23039 2018-11-08T00:00:00Z http://bdigital2.ula.ve:8080/xmlui/654321/23038 La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como herramienta de reflexión en el contexto gerencial Hernández Rojas, Merys El presente ensayo tiene como propósito describir la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como herramienta de reflexión en el contexto gerencial, conocer las diferentes definiciones en la búsqueda de establecer una definición basada en los conceptos citados, para ello se consideró los aportes de Sepúlveda (2004), quien señala que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial intenta poner énfasis en demostrar cómo el mundo de los negocios puede mejorar la sociedad, a través de comportamientos e informes transparentes e íntegros, con el compromiso de los socios, la innovación y la gobernabilidad; Garavito (2017) lo refiere al grado de eficiencia de una organización para asumir sus responsabilidades sociales, haciéndose necesario concebir una gestión integrada donde se equilibre la rentabilidad del negocio y la responsabilidad de lo social. Díaz (2016) lo considera un factor positivo desde el punto de vista económico y social, entendiendo que debe existir un compromiso global voluntario por la sustentabilidad del planeta. Para efectuar la investigación, se empleó la revisión documental; entre las consideraciones finales más relevantes destaca las implicaciones de la decisión de la gerencia al considerar la Responsabilidad social, su impacto en la sociedad y en los grupos relacionados.; The purpose of this essay is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility as a tool of reflection in the management context, to know the different definitions in search of establishing a definition based on the cited concepts, for that, it was considered the contributions made by Sepúlveda (2004), who points out that Corporate Social Responsibility tries to emphasize how the business world can improve society, through behaviors and transparent and comprehensive reports; with the commitment of partners, innovation and governance; Garavito (2017), refers it to the degree of efficiency of an organization in order to assume its social responsibilities, making it necessary to conceive an integrated management that balances the profitability of business and the responsibility of the social. Diaz (2016), considers it a positive factor from the economic and social point of view, understanding that there must be a voluntary global commitment for the sustainability of the planet. Por tal razón, el presente ensayo se centraliza en develar el conjunto de criterios a los cuales se debe recurrir para garantizar el rigor científico y la legitimación de la investigación cualitativa. La legitimidad de la investigación cualitativa, se puede evidenciar desde el diseño y arquitectura interna del sistema de conceptos, perspectivas teóricas y sus referentes, las palabras que usa el investigador en su discurso, el cual debe tener coherencia, además de mantener un mismo hilo discursivo, objetividad filosófica y crítica; de igual modo, estos criterios deberán utilizarse de acuerdo a la naturaleza del fenómeno, de la investigación y de los tiempos que se estén viviendo; vale decir, que en este tiempo de transmodernidad, es obligante para el investigador, idear nuevas maneras de hacer las cosas y que contribuya a la ciencia, con nuevas estrategias, nuevos métodos, que permitan alcanzar una mayor legitimación de la investigación cualitativa. Por ello, se propone la coconstrucción como una manera integral de darle rigor científico a la investigación, planteándose como alternativa integral de legitimación, toda vez que la misma siempre girará en torno a la certificación de la coherencia desde el punto de vista lingüístico, metodológico y arquitectural; así mismo del consenso de los hallazgos y la teoría, donde debe existir comodidad, emocionalidad e identidad con estos aspectos por parte de los actores sociales o informantes claves.; The legitimization of qualitative research has meant a sensitive topic of great interest for the transmodern researcher, since it is necessary the production of a truthful theory, consistent with reality and that can explain in a reliable way the ¡ reality of the phenomenon in study. For such a reason, this essay focuses on revealing the set of criteria that must be used to guarantee scientific rigor and the legitimacy of qualitative research. The legitimacy of qualitative research can be evidenced from the design and internal architecture of the system of concepts, theoretical perspectives and their references, the words that use the researcher in his speech, which should have coherence, cohesion, in addition to maintaining the same discursive thread, its philosophical and critical objectivity; similarly, these criteria must be used according to the nature of the phenomenon, of the research and the times that are being lived in life; that is to say, that in this time of transmodernity, it is a duty for the researcher to devise new ways of doing things and contributing to science, with new strategies, new methods, which make possible to reach a great legitimation of qualitative research. For this reason, the co-construction is proposed as an integral way of giving scientific rigor to research, posing as an integral alternative of legitimation, since it will always turn around the certification of coherence from the linguistic, methodological and architectural point of view, as well as of the consensus of the findings and the theory, where there must exist comfort, emotionality and identity with these aspects on the part of social actors or key informants. En este sentido, la gestión de la responsabilidad social universitaria se sitúa a tono con este reto. Se presenta esta tesis doctoral en la cual se reconfigura un constructo teórico, hermenéutico-emergente sobre la responsabilidad social del docente universitario ante los desafíos del desarrollo comunitario. Para alcanzar esta teleología, se realiza una travesía desde el primer acercamiento al fenómeno, sus múltiples perspectivas epistémicas, la ontología heterogénea-heterárquica del mismo, el episteme cualitativo asumido por la investigadora y el método de la fenomenología social de Schütz, utilizado para aprehender la realidad fenoménica a través del diálogo con los actores sociales, docentes de la UPEL; subsumiéndome en sus significados y significantes en torno a la temática. Posteriormente, en el cuarto escenario, se plasma el proceso investigativo de codificación, categorización e interpretación de las categorías, mediante la triangulación de datos, teorías iniciales-emergentes y construcciones epistémicas; mapa fundante en la generación del constructo hermenéutico, cuyo propósito es repensar sobre la acción de la responsabilidad social, ética y comunitaria del docente universitario, en el destino común de quienes hacemos vida en la universidad, articulándonos con la comunidad, creando emergentes espacios de gestión del desarrollo comunitario, destinado a sumar voluntades a favor de los contextos académicos y sociocomunitarios.; In the process of transformation of a nation to the challenges of global and national scenarios, the universities as centers of knowledge have a decisive imprint. For this, they need to adapt their teaching, research, extension and productivity functions to the demands of their internal and external community with the aim of accessing, constructing, producing, transmitting, distributing and using knowledge in improving the quality of life of citizens, hence their relevance-responsibility with the sustainable development of the country, which subsumes aligning with social, political and cultural needs of the human being as well as the preservation, conservation and protection of its natural resources on which planetary life depends. In this sense, the management of university social responsibility is at the forefront and in line with this challenge. This doctoral thesis is presented in which a theoretical, hermeneutic-emergent construct is reconfigured on the social responsibility of the university professor to the challenges of community development. To reach this teleology, a journey is made from the first approach to the phenomenon, its multiple epistemic perspectives, the heterogeneous heterarchical ontology of the same, the qualitative episteme taken by the researcher and the method of Schütz’s social phenomenology, used to apprehend the phenomenal reality by dialoguing with the social actors, professors of the UPEL; subsuming myself in their meanings and signifiers around the topic of interest. Subsequently, in the fourth scenario, the investigative process of coding, categorization and interpretation of categories is revealed by data triangulation, initial-emergent theories and epistemic constructions; founding map in the generation of the hermeneutical construct, whose purpose is to rethink about the action of social, corporate, ethical, and community responsibility of the university professor in the common destiny of those who make life in the university articulating ourselves with the entire community, creating emerging management spaces of community development devoted to adding wills in favor of academic and socio-community contexts.
