El desarrollo de una sociedad, parte del excelente trabajo que hacen las universidades para preparar a los futuros profesionales que serán los actores principales de este hecho, así pues de su preparación y vocación depende la calidad de lo que estos hacen en sus ambientes profesionales y personales. El propósito de la presente investigación es la de crear un modelo de clase invertida para los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso en la facultad de ingeniería de la Universidad Valle del Momboy, efectivamente en la asignatura matemática cero, ecuaciones lineales. La metodología utilizada comprendió la revisión documental con el apoyo de fichas, en las que se revisaron textos y documentos de investigación provenientes de autores originales, quedando enmarcada en una investigación de tipo documental. En el estudio, la recolección de información y selección de los componentes para el modelo logró materializar el mismo en dos contextos o ambientes, virtual y presencial respectivamente, tanto para docentes como para los estudiantes. Para tal fin, se presentan algunas definiciones y características del Modelo Pedagógico Tradicional, así como algunos aportes del Pensamiento Complejo de Edgar Morin, tomando como perspectiva metodológica la Ontosemiótica, enfocada en el ser enunciante a través del cuadrante semiótico: autor-texto- lector-contexto. Partiendo de estos referentes teóricos, se busca comprender el proceso de formación de los ingenieros vinculado a la propuesta de formación por competencias que se viene desarrollando en el marco de la reforma curricular desde 2014 en nuestra universidad. Finalmente, se presentan algunas observaciones que fundamentan la necesidad de promover la constante construcción del sujeto educativo, procurando así una formación integral para nuestros egresados, para con ello contribuir a una formación eficaz y acorde a las demandas de la sociedad actual.; The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the current training process of engineers at University of Los Andes, "Rafael Rangel" Campus (ULA-NURR), as part of the Doctoral Seminar entitled: Pedagogy of sensitivity and construction of the educational subject, taught by Hernández (2020) at the same institution. For this purpose, some definitions and characteristics of the Traditional Pedagogical Approach are presented, as well as some contributions of Edgar Morin's Complex Thought, taking the Ontosemiotic as a methodological perspective, focused on the enunciating being through the semiotic quadrant: author-text-reader- context. Para ello se realizó una investigación aplicada, con diseño transaccional, cuya población objeto de estudio estuvo representada por 4 dependencias de la UVM, Rectorado, Vicerrectorado, Secretaría Académica y Dirección Administrativa. La técnica de recolección de información para el diagnóstico fue la entrevista, la cual permitió la organización del trabajo colaborativo del personal adscrito a las unidades involucradas. El proyecto generó como resultado el diseño y puesta en práctica de estrategias basadas en la comunicación desde distintos niveles organizativos, a través de diversos canales para la concreción de documentos alojados en la nube, con la finalidad de estar a disposición del personal de interés, por ser desarrollados con aplicaciones que permiten almacenarlos y ejecutarlos desde los espacios de Google Drive, con acceso al personal responsable a través de los correos institucionales de las unidades, concibiendo un ambiente de innovación administrativa.; The purpose of this project was to apply communication strategies for the development of procedure manuals of Univeridad Valle del Momboy, whose specific objectives were: to characterize the communication process required for the management of procedure manuals, to determine the communication tools to the development of procedure manuals and designing communication strategies for the development of procedure manuals. For this, an applied research was carried out, with a transactional design, whose population object of study was represented by 4 units of the UVM, Rectorate, ViceRector, Academic Secretary and Administrative Directorate. The information gathering technique for the diagnosis was the interview, which allowed the organization of the collaborative work of the personnel assigned to the units involved. The project resulted in the design and implementation of strategies based on communication from different organizational levels, through various channels for the realization of documents hosted in the cloud, in order to be available to the personnel of interest, for be developed with applications that allow them to be stored and executed from the Google Drive spaces, with access to the responsible personnel through the institutional emails of the units, conceiving an environment of administrative innovation.
