Esta investigación es un estudio no experimental, descriptivo con un diseño mixto cuantitativocualitativo.&#13;
Pretende diagnosticar el nivel de competencia digital de los futuros docentes ELE de&#13;
formación inicial en la Escuela Normal Superior de Yaundé, Camerún. Como catalizadores de&#13;
aprendizaje, los estudiantes tienen un nivel intermedio de competencia digital. Tienen dificultades&#13;
sobre la pedagogía del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la educación.&#13;
Abogan por la innovación de las metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje, la infraestructura y la&#13;
formación continua.; This research is a non-experimental, descriptive study with a mixed quantitative-qualitative design. It&#13;
aims to diagnose the level of digital competence of future ELE teachers in initial training at Teacher's&#13;
Training College of Yaoundé, Cameroon. As learning catalysts, students have an intermediate level of&#13;
digital competence. They have difficulties regarding the pedagogy of using Information and&#13;
Communication Technologies (ICT) in education. They advocate for the innovation of teaching-learning&#13;
methodologies, infrastructure and continuous training.

No presente artigo apresentamos uma proposta de intervenção pedagógica com a metodologia de&#13;
aprendizagem baseada em equipes (Team-Based Learning - TBL) para o ensino/aprendizagem da&#13;
disciplina matemática financeira de um curso técnico de administração integrado ao ensino médio. A&#13;
proposta baseou-se em uma investigação teórica de natureza exploratória com abordagem qualitativa,&#13;
sendo feita a análise da prática dessa metodologia na literatura. Os resultados encontrados apontam&#13;
para a eficiência do método do desenvolvimento do trabalho em equipe para uma efetiva aprendizagem&#13;
significativa.; In this article, we present a proposal for a pedagogical intervention with the team-based learning&#13;
methodology (Team-Based Learning - TBL) for the teaching/learning of the financial mathematics&#13;
discipline of a technical administration course integrated to high school. The proposal was based on a&#13;
theoretical investigation of an exploratory nature with a qualitative approach, analyzing the practice of&#13;
this methodology in the literature. The results found point to the efficiency of the teamwork&#13;
development method for an effective meaningful learning.

Functional competencies of Head of Department has been paid attention to because for a school in Thailand, the&#13;
head of each department, is very important. However, the issue is the appointment of a teacher who does not have&#13;
any prior proper training before. This may cause such a teacher to have incomplete functional competencies.&#13;
Therefore, it is necessary to develop the functional competencies of the Head of Department. This research focuses&#13;
on the components of the functional competencies of the Head of Department of secondary schools under the&#13;
Office of the Basic Education Commission. As for this study, from the review on a great number of related literature,&#13;
it can be granted that functional competencies of the Head of Department of secondary schools under the Office&#13;
of the Basic Education Commission can be grouped as follows: 1) Intellectual Leadership 2) Quality Management&#13;
3) Educational Innovation and Information Technology 4) Professionalism Development 5) Curriculum,&#13;
Measurement and Evaluation of Learning 6) Learning Organization and 7) Professional Ethic. These seven&#13;
dimensions are then examined using Confirmatory Factor Analysis, which shows the congruence with the empirical&#13;
studies.; Se ha prestado atención a las competencias funcionales del jefe de departamento porque para una escuela en&#13;
Tailandia, el jefe de cada departamento es muy importante. Sin embargo, el problema es el nombramiento de un&#13;
profesor que no haya tenido una formación adecuada previa. Esto puede hacer que dicho profesor tenga&#13;
competencias funcionales incompletas. Por tanto, es necesario desarrollar las competencias funcionales del Jefe&#13;
de Departamento. Esta investigación se centra en los componentes de las competencias funcionales del Jefe de&#13;
Departamento de escuelas secundarias dependiente de la Oficina de la Comisión de Educación Básica. En cuanto a&#13;
este estudio, de la revisión de una gran cantidad de literatura relacionada, se puede asegurar que las competencias&#13;
funcionales del Jefe de Departamento de Secundaria dependiente de la Oficina de la Comisión de Educación Básica&#13;
se pueden agrupar de la siguiente manera: 1) Liderazgo Intelectual 2 ) Gestión de la calidad 3) Innovación educativa&#13;
y tecnologías de la información 4) Desarrollo del profesionalismo 5) Plan de estudios, medición y evaluación del aprendizaje 6) Organización del aprendizaje y 7) Ética profesional. Estas siete dimensiones se examinan luego&#13;
mediante el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio, que muestra la congruencia con los estudios empíricos.

policy, the driven forced, and operating level 3) guidelines for using this model and 4) conditions for&#13;
success. Experts have the overall opinion that the model is accurate, appropriate, feasible and useful.; Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un modelo de cooperación para la protección y el cuidado de&#13;
los estudiantes dependiente de la Oficina de la Comisión de Educación Básica de Tailandia (OBEC). El&#13;
cual consta de 4 partes: 1) Antecedentes, conceptos y objetivos del modelo 2) componentes del modelo&#13;
en tres niveles como el nivel de política, el nivel impulsado forzado y el nivel operativo 3) pautas para el&#13;
uso y 4) condiciones para el éxito. Los expertos tienen la opinión general de que el modelo es preciso,&#13;
apropiado, viable y util.
