El poder legislativo en los países que conforman la CAN: características y su eficiencia en el gasto 2015-2021

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza las características de los 4 poderes legislativos de los países andinos respondiendo a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Qué sistema legislativo es el más eficiente en cuanto al gasto a través de su presupuesto ejecutado y con relación a su PIB, presupuesto nacional, cantidad de legisladores, salarios en relación con el PIB per cápita y gasto legislativo en relación con el presupuesto ejecutado? ¿Qué país miembro necesita generar estrategias para mejorar la percepción de eficiencia del poder legislativo?

Abstract This paper analyzes the characteristics of the 4 legislative branches of the Andean countries, answering the following questions: Which legislative system is the most efficient in terms of spending through its executed budget and in relation to its GDP, national budget, amount of legislators, salaries in relation to GDP per capita and legislative spending in relation to the executed budget? Which member country needs to generate strategies to improve the perception of efficiency of the legislative power?
