A alfabetização e letramento como ferramenta de inserção do sujeito

Abstract

Este estudo teórico aborda os aspectos do fazer pedagógico relacionados à alfabetização dos estudantes dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, considerando as condições sociais da constituição do ser humano. A análise fundamenta-se em autores que tratam das questões sociais, da alfabetização e do letramento. A formação continuada dos professores alfabetizadores é apontada como possibilidade para enfrentar os problemas identificados. Conclui-se que o desafio de melhorar as condições da educação é um compromisso político de todos os envolvidos no fazer pedagógico

This theoretical study deals with the pedagogical aspects related to the alphabetization of the students of the initial years of elementary school, considering the social conditions of the constitution of the human being. The analysis is based on authors who deal with social issues, alphabetization and literacy. The continuing education of literacy teachers is indicated as a possibility to face the problems identified. It is concluded that the challenge of improving the conditions of education is a political commitment of all those involved in teaching.
